MH Apartments Plaza are located right in the heart of Barcelona, in one of the streets crossing Las Ramblas. Getting there:- Taxi transportation from the Barcelona airport to the apartments is 20 minutes away. If you prefer take a bus, there is one ( Aerobus ) goes directly to Plaza Catalunya ( next to the apartments ). Or if you came from Girona airport, there is a special bus goes to the Barcelona city center. - The street Hospital is located in the Ciutat Vella area, in the cultural, commercial and tourist area of Barcelona. In its surroundings we find the Grand Liceu Theatre, MACBA museum, Barcelonas Cathedral, Plaza Real and Plaza Catalunya. The beaches and harbour are a 15 minute walk away. - The area is secure and very frequented as it is next to Las Ramblas, nostalgic area of the city centre. All the fashionable restaurants and places to go are in this area.
Check-in Procedure:-Once you have made the booking, please inform us about your expected arrival time to Barcelona. VERY IMPORTANT: You must call us on the phone number that appears on your confirmation email upon arrival at the airport in order to be meet at the apartment. From 8 p.m there is a supplement of 20 euros. A breakage deposit of EUR 150 is required for all bookings. The "Important note" on the woucher is really very important! Call them, when you arrive in Barcelona! As there is no reception in the house, they send someone with the key. So take it seriously for yor own sake. Othervise the apartment was clean, and equipped with all the necessary things. The space is is more than enough for 4 people. The TV did not work, but we did not miss it anyway. The heating was working properly, which was important and very warm surprise during the 10-15 Celsius days. Recommended!
Very good value for money place to stay in Barcelona. Large apartment that would comfortably sleep 6... very roomy for our three!
See from other reviews that the cleanliness has been bad, now it was very good. We had an appartment on the 3rd floor and it was quiet and was perfect for us, 2 adults and 1 child 6 year.
The service was really nice and did not make it more expensive though we came after midnight. The apartment was big and the patio too. The only things bothering was the dirty floor and the terrible IKEA furniture and posters.. It does´t feel like a cool flat in a cool neighbourhood when its filled up with Ikea stuff !
good location from La Rambla, opposite a basic super market, front of building does not look appealing. Plenty of space, however first thing i noticed was that the tiled floors were very dirty and dusty, must wear shoes or your feet or socks will turn black. second room was quite small, but smelt alittle mouldy as did the bathroom. For the price, there could be other places for better value, but the apartment was ok.
The location of the hotel is good but the surroundings isn´t very secure. Watch for the thieves! The apartment wasn´t very cosy but we get used to it. The sun doesn´t shine to the terrace of the first floor apartment. Nights were silent.
Well situated though a little difficult to find at first. Facilities generally good but remember you'll need toiletries/washing materials. Plenty of clean towels/bedding supplied. Parking difficult and expensive but I'd certainly use it again now I know my way around. Only took 15 minutes for guy to arrive once I telephoned.
I stayed in the apartment for 2 nights. The place is located 5 minute from the Rambla in a quiet street which makes it great if you come for a vacation. It was relatively clean. shower and beds were very clean (no bath), but the floor seemed a bit dusty. The apartment is very well equipped for a family wishing to keep the budget low and not go to restaurants for every meal: Microwave, oven, stove, large fridge, pots and pans etc... Even has a washing machine and iron. Lot's of hot water. This is an excellent choice for a family with a low budget wanting to visit this amazing town.
The guy with the keys took his time getting there, and the area is quite rough at night. A lovely apartment though, great facilities, reasonably priced, and situated right opposite a supermarket, which made shopping for food to cook very easy.

Air conditioning/heating system didn't work. Location is good but neighbourhood isn't very nice.
Very reasonable prices for what you get. It is in good distance to Ramblas, the city is very much so a walking city so bring your walking shoes. We enjoyed the space we had in the apartment and the two balconies. We were very pleased with our stay.
It was a very simple accomodation, but it fulfilled our needs this time. The only thing we missed was a simple description of what kind of service we could find in the neighbourhood - shops, banks, taxi etc
GREAT ACCOMADATION IN A FABULOUS CITY. WE ONLY WISHED WE HAD MORE TIME THERE. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE GOING TO BARCELONA.
Good, basic apartment in a great location. Would recommend to anyone, 10 minutes walk to the harbor or the city centre.
The apartment is located in a lower end of the town just off las ramlas the main shopping street. Overall the location is good.
A clean and tidy apartment with plenty of room, very close to La Ramblas.
It's a nice apartment in a local neighbourhood. If you like to meet all kind of people and the taste of good food, you have to stay here.

Great, up-and-coming location. Despite being just five mins walk from the Ramblas and the utterly unmissable Boqueria market, this part of town (the Raval) is fashionable rather than touristy.
