"The Micasa All Suite Hotel was an secluded and classy hotel. The food was excellent. The cleanliness was superb. However the service required improvements. The power went out for 10 minutes, there was a false fire alarm, the door handle was broken on the room door, and Internet in the hotel was down for at least 24 hrs, and there were no concessions for the inconvenience. I felt internet service should have been complimentary with the daily rate. Other than that I enjoyed my Micasa experience. Thank you." - Mark Alexander
