356 Portrush Road, Tusmore. Situated 5 minutes from Adelaide's CBD. FROM THE AIRPORT, turn right up Sir Donald Bradman Drive THROUGH THE CITY to Kensington Round-about. Continue on to Kensington Road. Turn right at Portrush Rd. Property is 3 doors North from the cnr. of Stirling St and Portrush Rd., Tusmore. FROM MELBOURNE. Turn right at "Tollgate" at end of South Eastern Freeway onto Portrush Road. Travel past Burnside Shopping Centre ON YOUR LHS. A few hundred metres on the right (Eastern Side) you will find Michelle's Apartments (No.356).

Check-in Procedure:
Guest Registration only at ADELAIDE'S CITY PARK MOTEL 471 Pulteney Street, Adelaide. AUTHENTIC ADULT PHOTO I.D. AND CREDIT CARD ESSENTIAL. No parties etc allowed. Indemnity for damages and key return-on-time essential. No pets allowed. Additional charges apply for Breach of Terms, Excessive Cleaning Charges, Damages, Negligent Use and/or Abuse of Property and lost/non-returned key. Please note that this is STRICTLY A NON SMOKING VENUE and that severe damages will apply in the case of smoking

Car parking:
Secure parking inside electrically controlled gates. Strictly one car per unit unless otherwise agreed. Refer to manager.

Child Policy:
As per adults. ALL ADDITIONAL PERSONS (i.e. 3rd and subsequent guests) are charged at the rate of $35 per day. Bedding used should only be for the stated number of guests. Additional charges will apply in the case of additional bedding being used during your stay.

Stayed in December 2011 for 2 weeks. The place where you collect the keys in town does not look like much and you start to worry what the Apartments will be like, but we found them to be perfect in location, with good amenities and not too expensive. We will return again!

Beautiful private house and grounds with multiple apartments. Nice place to stay instead of an average hotel.
