Microtel Inn Atlanta Airport

Without mincing words, I must confess that this hotel was worth the taste I very much desired. Most cherished about this environment was the quietness that it offered which I would consider highly unrivalled in all circumstances. The staff were quite receptive, aside from the safe parking lot that never gave room for any kind of distractions. Just simply put, a good place for less money, mainly for it's accessibility to the freeways that would make a drive to Down Atlanta less than ten minutes.

The problems were relatively minor. The clock didn't work and the light control was inconveniently placed for reading on the far side of the bed. On the other hand, you can hardly do better for the price in such close proximity to Hartsfield-Jackson airport. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Because their guest computer didn't work, the night manager called an adjacent motel and arranged for me to go there to check in with Delta and print out my boarding pass. I would not hesitate to stay again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was not the cleanest and it took WAY too long for us to get the battery replaced in the constantly beeping smoke detector. Overall, would stay there again. Just needed a place to crash on our 10 hour layover and it worked.

Chosen for a quick stay before an early leave. Ok for that purpose.

Great rooms for the two nights I stayed. A major plus was the microwave/refigerator that I didn't expect for the price. The front desk people & room cleaners were all friendly & helpful. The tv stopped working in my room & they immediately moved me to another room with a tv that worked. Could tell that recent renovations must have occurred because there was a lot of trash around the building with several very large garbage dump trucks outside. When I mentioned to the front desk that there was a lot of trash she immediately called someone & told them to go outside & remove the trash. Overall I would stay there again.

Staff was great. Price is hard to beat in the area, the complimentary shuttle take you to the airport in minutes, and that is also the underground station for MARTA which make all inner city Atlanta easy and cheap to reach. Microtel is a hotel without food facilities, but two great restaurants are within five minutes walk down the road; Joe's to the left, and Ruby Tuesday to the right. I would stay there again.
