the room is clean and does not smell stale and the location is very strategic , very near the mall, the market and tourist spots. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO MY FRIENDS
Microtel - Baguio offers quality services at an affordable and reasonable price. That makes a lot of difference. What I appreciated about Microtel aside from quality services is that you don't need a stub for the daily breakfast. We had an experience when we lost a meal stub then we were not able to avail of the free breakfast. It also very convenient just to take a walk to go to SM and to schedule and reserve a trip back to Manila since Victory liner is only a stone throw away from microtel. What a convenience! I believe if they will give discounts to previous guests, they will be encouraged to go back and visit again microtel since as we all know, there are lots of competitors in baguio.

it is our first time to stay in microtel and we are very pleased with the service and facilities. the room that we occupied is actually big for two, the bed is amazing.. the cushion, pillow and blanket kept us warm all night considering the climate in baguio. they rpovide fresh towels if you request for it and the complementary breakfast was good too.. lot of choices, there's rice, bread and cereals. but what made the difference are the people/employees of microtel. everyone is just accommodating, approachable and very willing to help and assist if you need anything. very good customer service. and with that being said, im giving micritel 10 out of 10 and we will definitely go back.
Would like to go back and stay at Microtel again, my whole family were very satisfied during our stay, would recommend to friends
However the breakfast was poor as choice was very local oriented for choice. The fruit juice was mixed on the floor behind the live egg station. Not very hygenic or international in standards. At mimimum a good Continental Breakfast will further lift your good hotel.
Microtel in Baguio was a great little place to stay. Very professional. A limited, but decent western breakfast, and friendly helpful staff. Definitely a great deal for the money you pay.
