Hotel was nice and clean and looks nice. The location is pretty out of the way but they have shuttle service to and from the main town centre (2 around lunchtime, 3 in the evening) or you can ride a tricycle. Minimal facilities though, so if you're looking to just sit back and relax this may be the place for you.
1.Front desk is always busy, guest hardly completes his or her conversation with counter agency without being interrupted by other guests. 2.The schedule to city shuttle is few during a day to satisfy guest's demands.

The staff was spectacularly helpful when I needed to book tours. Shuttle driver was very courteous and patient. As for the hotel itself, I will not stay there again. It is very far from Puerto Princesa proper and the so called "beach" is a former mangrove area that was cleared, so the beach is not nice at all. The hotel smells funny. There's no reason to stay here if one is looking for beaches or staying overnight. It's a shame the property is not up to the qualities of the staff, when usually it is the other way around.
