Millennium Hotel Queenstown

Newspaper not delivered to room despite hanging out appropriate sign 2 days in a row.

Booked a superior room, it was very disappointing, it was just a basic hotel room. The gym is a joke, the entrance to the sauna is via the mens bathroom and the spa is tiny. Great location, good breakfast were the only saving graces.

A hotel that expensive should provide fans in the bathrooms (which are located near the bedroom door) and mini bar refilling each day. Otherwise the breakfast is delicious and the views from the restaurant are gorgeous.

This hotel is a short drive to the centre of Queenstown. For those who do not have a car or do not wish to drive a free bus leaves the hotel every hour taking people to town. The amenities are lovely, the hotel is beautiful and the staff helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would happily stay here again.

Good hotel near the centre of Queenstown. Unfortunately no view of the lake from our room but the room itself was very nice

Lovely hotel and room and well priced. The biggest drawback was the lack of staff. No concierge, porters etc. Strange for a hotel of this calibre and reputation. Complimetary parking was great though.

Excellent value and excellent service from staff members on front counter. I actually filled out a survey at the hotel giving one of the employees a big thank you. I would recommend anyone to stay at this Hotel. Fantastic.

The hotel staff were very good, they offered to upgrade our superior room to the top floor suite for $30 a night as there was not a decent view from the room. We declined as we wanted to spend the money on activities in Queenstown, but that would have been a $380 room for only $149 a night. Well done Millennium Hotel & this was our first on line booking.

Nice hotel at good location. Service was good and room was very clean. It is easy to walk to town. Going back from town is a little more difficult as we had to walk up the hill after dinner and some wine.

We were impressed. Had an enjoyable 3 night stay starting each day with an excellent breakfast. The room was quite with no noise disturbance.

Conveniently situated hotel in the heart of Queenstown city. Easy walking distance to restaurants and Lake. Not enough parking spaces in Hotel basement carpark.

Home from home with friendly staff, comfortable beds and great views. Gym/Spa facilities are a bit uninspired but there's a lovely garden and great touches in the room - iron & board and real coffee. Short walk or complementary bus into town and its also on the connect bus route.

Very nice hotel, however it was huge and parking limited. Also was quite a hike to the rooms. Rooms were quite small with basic facilities but nicely decorated and clean. No views. Breakfast buffet was very very nice and also good price.

The staff at the Millenium Hotel Queenstown are friendly, helpful and knows their business especially when recommeding a day tour. The hotel is superb the price was reasonable, clean and great hotel staff. The day tour has met my criteria and really enjoyed the it with great atmosphere, the price was reasonable. I thank the staff at the hotel for their help. Keep up the good work. I will recommend your Millenium hotel to my friends.

Located a bit of a walk up a hill from the main town area so not as central as first thought. Otherwise, a clean averagely good hotel.
