"Check in was very slow as only one person on reception and the breakfast service was shocking had to search for someone to get coffee. Herald wasn't delivered and reception had no spares. very average rooms but location is good for walking to shops and restaurants." - Karen Thomas
"Really enjoyed our stay.Thank you for allowing us to store our bags after check-out. Really appreciated this as it allowed us to go for a bike ride before heading back to Napier. Thought breakfast was amazing value and the lay-out of the hotel was very cool, and the water pressure - WOW, wicked!! The only thing I thought perhaps needed improving was more utensils in the room. We bought a chicken & salad & came back to the room and there was only teaspoons. It's not a gripe... We would definitely return!! Thank you" - joanne lowe
