Spent two nights in a suit. Definitely recommend. Would stay in again.
The check-in procedure was swift, room clean though not optimally laid out (a huge TV for a small-sized room is placed in parallel to the bed for some weird reason), bed quite comfortable. The staff weren't particularly helpful with seemingly basic requests such as storing luggage for a couple of days. Their responses have not been consistent either. A decent one-night stay overall, not a bad value for money for NYC considering the Midtown location (albeit in a rather boring neighborhood unless you're visiting UN). The staff should be more flexible with guest requests though.
Spacious guestrooms, all with panoramic views of East River or the New York City skyline, classic rooms have the feel of a contemporary, upscale residential apartment, with a friendly but sophisticated ambience. Neutral tones are punctuated with bright accents and liberal use of woods to lend a restful air.
Wow, this place was amazing. Cos we had a late flight they upgraded us to the next level of room. The staff were fantastic and the views from our room was breathtaking. This is a definate must to stay in.
