"This is a very nice hotel, conveniently located in the heart of Sultanahmet, close to the main attractions. The staff was friendly and the room as well as the rest of the hotel was clean. Breakfast was ok, but you have to pay for something above base like fresh orange juice. Main drawbacks were that I was expecting a double bed and was given twin beds (so if you want a double bed you must specify in advance) and also that they advertise in-house body and face massage until 23:00, but when I called at 21:00 I was told that in fact this is only during daytime. "This is a GREAT value hotel right in the heart of old town. A lot of people have given the facilities only 1 star rating; if it is a 3 star hotel it is not realistic to expect a 5 star hotel gym and indoor pool, right? I though the facilities were just fine for the type of hotel we are talking about. The staff are superb; I didnt like my first room as it had a smallish window so they upgraded me to a fantastic room with a massive window and double bed. I know where I will stay next time!
