Minaret Lodge is a sanctuary, situated in a 2 acre park like setting, just a short stroll to the lake,and a 10 minute walk from the Wanaka town centre. The Lodge features a mud brick construction with plastered finish, incorporating local schist stone. The separate guest room chalets, constructed using local timbers &non toxic materials, tastefully furnished, in a setting of tanquil ambience. each room has fine furniture, local art, private ensuite, and verandah.
Facilities include spa, sauna, tennis, petanque, mountain bikes, ski storage & drying room. Gourmet breakfast and aperitifs included in the tariff. Dinners by arrangement.

Getting there:
From Christchurch or West Coast, take SH6 towards Wanaka.Continue on SH84 into the town, pass 2 petrol stations on your left. Take next right into Lakeside Drive, drive 2 km, turn right into EelyPoint Road.
From Queenstown via Crown Range, turn right at lakefront. drive along lakefront and take next left into Lakeside Drive, drive 2 km, turn right into Eely Point Road.
