The rooms were beautifully and tastefully decorated and appeared to be brand new. My friend and I stayed in an apartment that was self contained and it had decent cooking utensils/crockery. All rooms have a balcony and opening windows which is lovely too. It was quiet, pristine clean and beautiful. It was definitely value for $. Took 10 mins on tram to get to Flinders St. Restaurants near by. Shuttle service to airport. I'd definitley stay there again! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that the ceiling could do with painting (small thing), the drawers needed wiping out (again small thing), and it would have been a bit easier if the staff gave a map on arrival and Tram advice - but all small things. Otherwise it was perfect!

this was very pleasing accommodation rooms were clean and because everything was new it was a very pleasant stay. it had everything including the pots and pans. very close to a tram stop which takes you directly into city or to st kilda overall very pleasant experience and staff were very obliging allowing me to keep my car in the carpark later as i had a hospital appointment

We stayed at Mint for 4 days and found it very comfortable and value-for-money. Being outside of the CBD meant that we had to catch the tram in every day which we didn't mind but this could be a problem for some people. The rooms were stylish and clean and were equipped with good quality furnishings. The only negative would be that the dishwasher didn't do a good job of cleaning the dirty dishes. Overall a great place to stay without paying through the roof

Very convenient location near the CBD, plenty of off-street parking (free after 6:30pm). Nice facilities inside the room, comfy bed, ipod/iphone charging dock, and even 2400W VS hair dryer.

Opening special price. Interesting to see what it would be in time to come. No breakfast available, which would be the only disappointment. Room is quite cosy, despite the concrete ceiling. Had one of the best sleeps I've had in a long time. Would definitely stay again, provided price is not too exorbitant beyond their opening.
