Miracle Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel Bangkok

I got FREE round trip shuttle bus transfer airport to hotel , awesome. Deluxe room was very beauty decoration and very clean. Price is reasonable , I had good breakfast but hotel's lobby is not very big . If It's possible they should do big space landscape in front of the door. Overall I recommend this hotel to our trip.

We stayed on 2 occasions, on 28Nov 2010 we were put at the "new" hotel (which didn't look new), and the shower flooded the floor no matter how you used the shower. The safes in the rooms weren't secured down. On 2Dec 2010 we were put at the old hotel which was much better, bigger rooms and bathrooms, it has restaurant which served delicious Thai food. Service was also better.

Big rooms, service wasn't very good. I think if you are to work in a airport you need to speak English/other language well. Everytime had a shower water went all over the floor so you were stepping into a flood everytime you had a shower. Beds also very hard

Good service with the free shuttle bus to and from the airport making it easy. A little further away from the airport than we thought and I wouldn't recommend trying to find your own way there. Good clean large room and pretty good value. Recommend for 1 night as a transit stay. make sure they pick you up.

This hotel is 15 mins in a cab from the Airport. The cab driver didn't know where it was so print a map! It was good value though and nice and close which was what we were after. The bathroom was nice with a big bath.

A terrific hotel to stay for a night or two around BKK. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. Dont forget to use the leisure facilities, they are very good! Restaurant good also. Check out Hotel airport pickup times prior to your arrival at BKK. Had to get taxi, a bit messy! Return to airport transport on demand. Very good. We would stay here again.

Very friendly staff and the bus from airport was good, however with Bangkok Airport so big it took a little time for us to find where they were.

Clean, new hotel OK for a stop-over near to the airport. They offer a pick-up service but we arrived at 4am (due to a flight delay) so we took a taxi from the airport. The driver had a hard time finding the hotel as it is in a very strange location so I suggest you print off the map on their website and give it to the taxi driver. Shuttle to the aiport the next day worked well. B'fast okay. Would only suggest this hotel if you want a bed near the airport.

the hotel is very close to the international airport (10 min) and they give a free shuttle bus to airport and to the city (45 min). the price is rather expansive to Thailand hotels.

We booked online and found on checkout that they did not know how to process an online booking. It took us at least 30 minutes to check out and when we finally made pur payment we went back to our rooms to get our bags and came back to hand in our key and they asked us for another 100baht, $3 AUD. I think they should rethink placing a room on hotelclub if they do not know how to handle the payment process. The Supevrisor and Manager were bothe working on it and neither on them could figure it out! The rooms were very modern however the beds were very hard, breakfast was below par and the lobby had a strange smell to it. Overall i would never stay there again.

hotel had just opened so everything was bright and shiny. people with lots of service attitude. food at the restaurant was exceptionally good. would visit again for sure.

New extremely modern boutique hotel located very close to airport. Staff friendly, food and service good. As just opened not completely finished, not much happening in area but free hotel shuttle provided to downtown Bangkok. Highly recommend it as an in-transit hotel.
