Miramar Hotel San Juan

We had a very exciting get together after the cruise at this hotel. We gathered in our Room #701 and had pizza delivered from Papa John, which is around the corner of the hotel. It is very accessible to eating places and market. It is a walking distance from the casino and shopping places. The clerk (Jill) is very helpful and the rooms are huge. I will recommend this to my friends for a short stay.

Staff very courteous and helpful! My husband and I were very satisfied with everything. Hotel was clean ! Room service was excellent! Very happy! Will come back soon!

Personally, I enjoyed the hotel very much. The staff was particularly helpful to me because I lost my wallet and cell phone. Everyone there assisted me in every way possible and I was (and still am) very grateful. The facilities are great and the hotel is positioned in a good location where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Taxis frequent the area and several excursion packages around the island are accessible through the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

nice hotel, breakfast is 3 mini toasts, 1 cup of coffee and 3 pices of fruit. I checked in at noon while the check in time is 3pm. I was sent to a very smelly room and I requested to be changed and the receptionist did it with no problems. They advertise free parking but they only have 4 parking spots and if they are full, receptionist works as vallet and park the car on the streets. They have a nice view from roff top but this is it. Close to mall las americas, bar and restaurants.

A boutique hotel. Very friendly and helpful service. Location suited us as about halfway between airport and town and within walkinfg distance of public beach.

Excellent place to stay I will stay here again - very friendly very helpful staff - excellent continental breakfast comes in the price - sundeck great - walking distance to all things - Old San Juan 10 mins by bus and costs 50 cents - bus stop right outside hotel - the staff made this a great place - would recommend this type of hotel to anyone that likes quiet smaller places with great hospitatlity

The night I stayed, their key maker was down so each and everytime I left my room and came back, I had to ask the worker to open the door for me. It was a little annoying but the place is very friendly and helpful. Overall, I liked the hotel and felt the room was large, clean and an overall value for the money.

Very helpful staff . Good hotel for the price. Excellent diner opposite hotel for breakfast and casual meals, open 24 hours. Plenty of shops within walking distance. Bus will take you to major superstore for all shopping. Bus stop opposite hotel will take you to old San Juan. Short taxi ride to Cruise ships. Lovely view from roof top of hotel which is also a sun terrace. Stayed at this hotel for two nights 18th/19th Jan. 08. Would recommend as 3 star hotel. Ian McCormack Aberden Scotland.

Price not bad for area, very incovenient - 3 - yes three parking spaces in the back of hotel that require a very tight squeeze. Not within walking distance fo anything and hard to drive in and out of. Forgot toothpaste - they had none and didn't know where to find any, no suggestions at all, just no idea.

Very accomidating staff. I recomend this hotel to visitors to San Juan.

It was relatively easy making accommodation with this hotel. The environment and personality of staff was great! The only areas for improvement were the room floor (needed cleaning) & small TV, limited channels. Despite, I would live at Miramar Hotel again.
