"The hotel is old but rooms are well equipped and spacious. A bit of a rabbit warren with a few stairs to contend with. A real feature is the inclusion of a great breakfast next door. Location is great to see the sights of Perth city, just use the free CAT service that has one of its pick ups diagonally across the road. Our beautiful boutique-style hotel is a little bit of Europe in the heart of Perth, offering traditional friendly service and atmosphere in each of its delightful European-style rooms. You can also enjoy a sumptuous smörgåsbord lunch or dinner, or choose from our extensive a la carte menu (discounted rates offered for in-house guests - excluding Saturdays). Also situated on the ground floor is one of Miss Maud's many pastry shops for sheer indulgence!
Our boutique-style hotel has all the features to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, with its Scandinavian decor and really personalised service you have 'The Magic of Miss Maud'.

Getting There:

Miss Maud Hotel is situated in the city centre, about 25 minutes' drive from the airport, and is on the airport shuttle drop-off route. It is about a three minute walk East down Murray Street, from the shopping mall.

Check-in Procedure:

Check-in is from 1pm. However, if guests do arrive early we have secure luggage storage where your bags are kept safe until your room is made available.

Car Parking:

Miss Maud Swedish Hotel does not have on site car parking however we are surrounded by muti storey car parks, please read the conditons for parking at the entry of the car park. There is a set down and pick up area outside the hotel entrance.

Child Policy:

Children under 4 stay for free in existing bedding. Children aged between 4 and 12 are charged at $20 per night, which includes Smörgåsbord breakfast.
