Getting there:Miss Maud Hotel is situated in the city centre, about 25 minutes' drive from the airport, and is on the airport shuttle drop-off route. It is about a three minute walk East down Murray Street, from the shopping mall.
Check-in Procedure:Check-in is from 1pm. However, if guests do arrive early we have secure luggage storage where your bags are kept safe until your room is made available.
Car parking:Miss Maud Swedish Hotel does not have on site car parking however we are surrounded by muti storey car parks, please read the conditons for parking at the entry of the car park. There is a set down and pick up area outside the hotel entrance.
Child Policy:Children under 4 stay for free in existing bedding. Children aged between 4 and 12 are charged at $20 per night, which includes Smörgåsbord breakfast.
A boutique style hotel with some very nice touches. Provided you get a good room, it can be a delightful place. The breakfast is included in the price and makes it very good value. The staff are also very attentive.
Very chic and classic hotel. Very interesting lift. Very near shopping malls and a number of reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance. Can do better on the sound proofing in room though. Also, can be tricky if you drive as there is no in-house carpark, but opposite a multi-storey carpark. A good spread of breakfast and it's delicious! Will definitely consider Miss Maud again if I return to Perth.

buffet breakfast was AMAZING!!! and loved the little Miss Mauds bakery that was right next to the hotel so you could buy yourself a little treat. Bathroom was so clean and modern! tv was great: a HUGE flat screen with movie channel. Location was perfect... LITERALLY walking distacne to city centre and train station. Highly recommend this hotel to all (that's if you get a bargain deal like i did with [this website]). very pleased and still stunned at how great my stay here was
This is an older style hotel, and no apologies have been made for it. In fact it is beautifully decorated and has a nice feel. The only complaint we had that we ordered some beverages from room service and they arrived opened. If we had not wanted to drink all of them we could not keep them for later. Apart from that all was great, and staff took on board our comment about this. Would go back again.
Rooms are small and pricey but the breakfast is fantastic. Thats the reason i stay there!
Room was immaculate and well appointed although a lot of footstep noise from the floor above became annoying. The included breakfast was absolutely outstanding. Friendly staff. Great location - would definitely stay there again.
A little cosy unique hotel. If you like something different than normal modern hotels, you may choose this hotel. Its pretty clean, bright room with newly renovated bathroom, but the room is quite small though and you may need to carry your luggage for few steps as the lift is very old and it doesnt stop at every levels (no porter). However, they have an excellent buffee breakfast.
The inclusion of buffett breakfast was superb. Food was marvellous and the staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again when in Perth.
Nice hotel located in the centre of Perth. Liked the atmosphere. Small rooms, but complete. Good for short stay to experience Perth town centre. Breakfast very good.
miss maud is a great boutique hotel,with lots of character.it is close to everything , city malls ,station ,busses,food outlets also the breakfast provided is fabulous.will certaily stay there again.
All in all a very good place to stay, but more expensive than another comparable establishment I stayed at in the vicinity.

Just a great hotel Sent my 86 year old mother there by herself and they looked after her very well Nothing was too much trouble and she felt right at home This is the third time she has stayed there and would not think of staying anywhere else
