"Very close to Milan Central train station... unfortunately, that area is very run down & dirty... avoid the dodgy 'taxi drivers'... we were approached by two different ones who offered a ride... one said the hotel was 2kms from the station... load of BS, you can walk from the train station to the hotel... the hallway on our level (just outside our room) smelled like vomit..." - Anonymous

"I have stayed here before, that should be enough in itself to say how good the hotel is. If you need a well priced play to stay, then this is it. Hotel is situated close to the main train station of Milan, the area itself is not the best, but if you are travelling alone and without kids, this is a great option to some of the other more expensive hotels in Milan. Monopole Hotel Milan is located in a central and strategical position near the Central Railway Station (Stazione Centrale), near the air terminal for Linate Airport (LIN), Orio al Serio (Bergamo) Airport (BGY) and Malpensa Airport (MXP); underground 2 (green) and 3 (yellow) are located in the Central Station (Stazione Centrale) and many buses and trolley cars has the stop around Central Station
All rooms are equipped with private facilities, hair drier, colour-satellite-TV, directline telephone, refrigerator and safe box.
The hotel has also a Conference Room for max. 25 people, a bar area and a breakfast room.
