A good hotel just around the corner from the railway station. A very convenient place to base our stay in the city. Breakfast is good and the staff friendly.
Our rooms were upgraded because of renovations - very good quality beds and fittings. Location was excellent for us - walking distance to Milano Centrale station.
This is not a fancy hotel but it is clean, confortable, convenient and an excellent value. The staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast is delicious. The hotel is right next to the central train station and this makes traveling from and to the airport extremely efficient. The downtown can be easily accessed via subway (2-3 stations) from the train station. We highly recommend this hotel.

Price was good for what it was - a hotel convenient to the trainstation. Fairly basic. Free internet was a bonus though

This hotel is very well-located, great staff and good value for money, I would definately recommend it.
overall good, although we did expect a bathtub in the superior room (only a shower provided). Not hot water jug in the room to boil water for tea or coffee. Bed was hard, not superior. But overall basic hotel at a good price. Location is good if travelling from Milan central station.
We had booked a standard room but the hotel gave us a superior room ato the same price. The room was quite small but comfortable. The breakfast was very good and plentiful.
Location is just perfect -walking distance to Centrale. Staff helpful. Bathroom not so clean. Can hear the neighbours. Breakfast poor.

Very close to Milan Central train station... unfortunately, that area is very run down & dirty... avoid the dodgy 'taxi drivers'... we were approached by two different ones who offered a ride... one said the hotel was 2kms from the station... load of BS, you can walk from the train station to the hotel... the hallway on our level (just outside our room) smelled like vomit...
Great hotel which I have stayed at before. Will recomend to anyone on a budget, as it is nice and clean and well situated in Milan. Hotel staff are friendly and helpfull with giving directions.
I have stayed here before, that should be enough in itself to say how good the hotel is. If you need a well priced play to stay, then this is it. Hotel is situated close to the main train station of Milan, the area itself is not the best, but if you are travelling alone and without kids, this is a great option to some of the other more expensive hotels in Milan. Will stay here again!!!
The hotel hjas seen better days, but the worst thing was coldness! Breakfast was OK, sheets were clean but the room itself was cold,cold,cold. The staff was helpful.
I think there is just renovated rooms and rooms which are renovated 20 years ago. You have to be lucky to get new one, or maby you can ask new one when you book in. Breakfast was happy surprise.
Hotel was ideal for us as flying out early next morning and we were minutes from the station and buses to airports. Hotel was basic enough and a little noisy but that is to be expected in such a busy area, but clean. The staff were extremly helpful, offering us a packed breakfast when they discovered we would leave before breakfast started and were helpful with directions and restaurant suggestions,
We arrived from a 24 hour flight at 9.30 am and wanted to check in. The man was very helpful, suggesting we go and sit in the upstairs lounge and would have a room ready in 1 hour. Much appreciated and we could buy a cup of coffee whilst we waited. Excellent position close to the railway station
The hotel was clean but the decor was very dated. Could badly do with updating. Bed comfortable and powerful shower so I was happy. Breakfast Ok for the price.
