Mont Clare Boutique Apartments Perth

We enjoyed our stay there. Except there is only one noisy airconditioning unit in the living room. Need to keep bedroom doors opened to cool down the rooms.

Apartment was comfortable however we were not aware that one room was internal without any windows and the second room did not have a"normal" shower. Everything else met our needs and we were happy with location and stay.

we really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. we stayed with family. we could cook and have family dinner. have some kind of experience staying in apartment in perth. location was very good. next to red cat bus. we will be back again for next stay.

Very pleasant stay - clean, good services, facilities and amenities. Spacious apartments -caretaker available after hours for any inquiries. Excellent value for money.

Good location to stay when in Perth. A little bit out of the city but very quiet and close to the free bus stop. Only downside was that the lifts only go up to the fifth floor and we had to walk up a flight of stairs every time we wanted to go our room. Also reception is only manned till 5:30pm on weekdays and 2:30pm on weekends.

Overall, the apartment is pleasant enough for our family of four. However, we were given the room on the 6th floor but lift only stops at 5th floor (max). We had to carry our heavy luggage up the flight of stairs to reach our room.

Nice apartment, very well situated. Small problem with dishwasher which was rectified very quickly. Staff helpful. Would definitely stay there again if in Perth.

Pool area terrible, holes in liner of pool, decking rotting and warped whole area in dire need of an overhaul. Lift floors and doors were filthy.

very nice.....but don't give old ladies the 6th floor when the lift only goes to the 5th......

The apartments are very conveniently situated in East Perth with easy access to the city centre on the free bus and to the river. The building is looking a bit tired but our apartment was clean and comfortable. Our flight arrived in Perth at 6am and as reception does not open until 8.30am we had a wait before we could get access to store our luggage. But they were helpful and got the apartment ready by noon. One word of warning. The lift does not go to the top floor so you need to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs if you are on the top floor. There was a bit of a strange smell on the landing but the apartment was fine.

Very central, and easy to find, walking distance to city centre, next door to WACA Cricket Oval, Botanical Gardens (Lovely). Very large, clean, modern rooms, with every possible need filled in the rooms. Pool average, but have recommeded to friends already. Will definately return. Di Salvo Family - Western Australia

Really good for a short stay with parking and a lap pool and nice deck. Apartments seemed dark but were actualy OK during the night. Good AC. The owners have a good system of after hours entry if you are late in with a flight. you can walk to the city but it is about 15 minutes. There is a bus and the airport shuttle comes by.

gr8 location with very good facilities. Will be staying there regularly from now on.

Great location, room was clean and tidy, although the smell of paint was overpowering when we arrived. Would stay there again.

Failed to provide Babycot as pre-ordered and out of hours service unable to rectify.

Difficult to find if you are using your GPS (must enter East Perth as the numbing is different). Great room, airconditioning in dinning/ lounge area struggles to reach bedrooms. Overall very pleasant stay and would definitely book again

Excellent, spacious, comfortable apartment in good location. Free parking and free bus past the door to all inner Perth areas. reasonable price. Staff helpful. Very easy stay in Perth. We would stay there again.

We arrived at 12am late in the night due to the long custom clearance and we are happy to pay a fee for late checkout. It is a shame that they do not have such a service. They insist that we have to checkout at 10.30am the next day or be charge a whole day. We will look for other hotels with more flexible.
