Monte Puertatierra Hotel Cadiz

the hotel was excellent, very clean, staff where very helpfull for anything you required, rooms where clean and the bathroom was clean. the hotel was situated one block off the sea front, to two excellent beaches, also a short walk through the puerto gates to the old town. our only problem was that we where there sat sun and many of the excellent tapas bars where shut on sunday.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good position just ouside the old city. Parking on site and bus stop just outside hotel useful for visiting old city.

Room ok. Bar slightly clinical. Noisy location. Breakfast room very bleak.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a short walk, or bus ride from the centre of Cadiz. We especially enjoyed the fabulous sand beach just behind the hotel.

Good location, 10 minute stroll outside the old city & very close to a nice beach. Staff very friendly and helpful and the car park is a definite advantage in Cadiz. Rooms quite large & clean and the air-con worked. Good breakfast buffet.

The desk clerks were more than helpful, they were personable and had information about several things that we wanted to see, not only in Cadiz but in Jerez. And the breakfast, especially all the fresh fruit, was great.

Good position just outside old town,walking distance (just) and beach opposite.I would stay there again.

The hotel is next to one of the beaches and about a 10 minute stroll to the cathedral. The breakfast was good but I did not take any other meals in the hotel so cannot comment on the food in general.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was a bit disappointing, otherwise an enjoyable stay. Easy to find as it is on the main road into Cadiz. Staff polite and courteous, would definately stay again.

Spotless, spacious rooms with helpful helpful staff. Good location just outside the city centrer. We unreservedly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is elegant and comfortable and in an excellent location for access to the best of Cadiz.

It is a tyoical 20-30 year old Spanish hotel located about 10 minutes from the old part of Cadiz.

Cadiz is a superb town to visit. The combination of Atlantic Ocean and historic old town enhances the interest and gives you a feeling for the history associated with the town. Completely different atmosphere to Seville. The hotel was easy to find in the car and is a pleasant walk along the seafront from the old town. Rooms big (no views) and service very good

Great location for a stay in summer, just a 3 minute walk to the sea and close to several restaurants, approx 15 minute walk to the historic centre, a bit expensive for a stay in winter or spring where it may be more interesting staying closer to the historic centre.
