"very unhappy with hotel ,first night good, second night hotel full of school children running and screaming untill 2 o' clock , the porter was called and they stopped untill early morning. Exhausted we checked out and came home early ,very disappointed as it was a surprise trip for my mother who was 90,
when the hotel was booked through yourselves all comments were unavailable to view, if we had seen the comments at the time we would have booked to go elsewhere .The hotel will never be recommended and we will not use your company again. " - chambers paul
