Montego Sands is a boutique Tuscan style complex, comprising 18 x one bedroom apartments and 3 x two bedroom Penthouse Apartments (including spa bath). All apartments are fully self contained and have reverse cycle air conditioning. We provide a heated swimming pool and spa, BBQ facility and Basement security parking. We are located in a quiet residential street within walking distance to shopping centres, restaurants, cafes, Casino, Convention Centre etc and only 150 steps to the beach!!

Loved staying here! Beautiful room and the onsite caretakers were fantastic. Quite complex and right near the beach. The only downside was that it is a bit of a walk to Broadbeach from here. Otherwise, a fabulous stay.

Staff was very helpful. Location was close to shops and restaurants. Apartments were very tidy.
Lou was extremely polite freindly and helpful but other staff were not up to his standard. We also encounted very large living and dead cockroaches in our apartment otherwise very happy with our stay.
We had a very enjoyable stay - friendly, helpful staff; well-presented apartment with all modern facilities (no dishwasher, but hey...); small, functional pool and spa area but with the beach only 5 minutes walk away, not a drama; Broadbeach centre with abundant and varied shops and restaurants is 15-20 minutes comfortable stroll away. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing experience.
The staff and management were friendly and helpful.
What a great place. Lovely apartment with nice balcony just a few moments walk from the fabulous beach, 10 minutes walk from the Broadbeach action. That makes it nice and quiet yet within walking distance of everything you need. Loveley outdoor heated pool and spa. Spotless, faultless and they look after you very nicely. Would definitely stay again. They're installing broadband in a few weeks time.
This family owned apartment accomodation is located almost a walking distance from famous shopping mall "Pacific Fair" and provides VERY friendly service.
Large and spacious apartments. Furnishings are new and clean. Location is very good, close to beach and Pacific Fair mall. Contains washing machine, clothes dryer and cooking utensils and new TV. Secure, locked underground carpark. Note however there is no reception service after office hours.
I was very very impressed with Apartments. The apartments were very clean and upkept. Very spacious and very good for the price. We stayed two nights and wished we were staying longer. Very close to everything as well.
