"This Hotel is ideally situated for walking to all the Major sites in Rome. 15 mins walk away from the Colosseum, 20 mins away from the Trevi Fountain and so on. The Hotel staff all speak English and made us feel very welcome, they supplied maps and all the information required for a great stay in Rome. The Hotel is straight on to the street so there is a bit of traffic noise but thats Roman drivers for you.. There are a couple of fantastic little wine bars close by both serving cheeses and ham's. There are also a couple of Indian, a Chinese and a Pizza bar minutes away, or you can get a takeaway and eat in your room. If you are getting a Taxi from the airport to the Hotel, get the Hotel to book it for you in advance because we were stung for 70 Euro's on the way in and when the Hotel booked it for us 50 Euro's on the way back. Overall a great Hotel centrally placed for everything and very friendly staff." - nigel salter

Welcome to Anfiteatro Flavio Hotel (ex Monti Residence)!. This cosy accommodation is located in a classic Roman mansion dating back to the 19th century in the centre of Rome, a stone's throw from the Coliseum, Via Nazionale and Piazza Venezia. It has been recently refurbished to enhance the prestige of the hotel offering a comfortable ambience and a good range of facilities.
Outside you have a traditional 19th century building but inside you will find 12 rooms decorated in a modern minimal style. One of these is provided with cooking facilities too. The hotel offers you a prime location exceptional value and a friendly and comfortable atmosphere all that you need for a perfect stay in Rome! All the major places of interest can be easily reached from the Monti Residence.
The Monti Residence Hotel has very comfortable and elegant rooms. The 12 rooms are distributed over 4 floors, and they are different for shape and size. Some rooms have the balcony internal others external. All the rooms are quiet and comfortable and furnished with a writing desk and a large well organized wardrobe.
They are all equipped with the following facilities: air conditioning, hair dryer, telephone, frigo- bar, safety box, television and telephone.

Anfiteatro Flavio Hotel is located in Via dei Serpenti, a few steps from the Roman forums and the Coliseum and very close to Via Nazionale, one of the main streets of Rome. In the surroundings you can find all you might need: shopping facilities,a large choice of restaurants, cinemas and theatres. Shopping opportunities include top boutiques in Via Nazionale, Via del Corso, Piazza di Spagna and Via del Tritone. The hotel is easily accessible from four subway stations (lines A and B), stop CAVOUR is the nearest one at 3 minutes walk. It is also well-placed for Rome's main railway station Termini (15 minutes walk). Once you will be at Termini station, take underground direction Laurentina and get off after 1 stop at Cavour, after that walk for 3 minutes.
From the airport: take trains from Fiumicino to Termini station
