Excellent amenities.Located near university.Lots of foot traffic. Not enough dedicated guest parking for self parking. No microwave in room. No help with luggage before 7am

And distinctly St. Louis touches such as Bissinger’s crescent-shaped, turn-down chocolates before bed - accent the accommodations with local flavor.

Perfect place for a St Louis visit. If you want the downtown experience, stay downtown. This the place to go when you're ready to relax and not deal with crowds or long lines, and still have several options for entertainment and unique food and beverage. Easy access via metro trains (the train stops 1.5 blocks away - easy walk). Numerous restaurants in the area. Two doors down from the Pageant, probaby St Louis' best live music venue. Directly across the street from a fantastic pizza bar (Pi). 2 blocks away from the awesome Tivoli movie theater. And of course there's Blueberry Hill, where to this day Chuck Berry plays once a month. The hotel itself is a boutique type with ultra modern decor and ameneties. The rooftop bar and the onsite restaurant (serving into the wee hours of the morning) are certainly worth visiting even if you're not staying at the hotel. Staff goes out of their way to be helpful, well beyond just being polite. Every detail gets consideration at this hotel. No disappointments. We've been here three times and cannot find a negative. If you don't like boutique hotels, or perhaps your "standard" is something such as The Four Seasons in the heart of a city's hustle and bustle, then by all means, look elsewhere. But if you want cool surroundings, attention to detail, help on the spot, true modern comfort and a location that's not overly crowded, with many fun and entertaining options, this is for you.
This hotel was great! They have a rooftop bar that was really enjoyable, with a great view of downtown St.Louis. The area that the hotel is located in is trendy and great to explore!

The hotel is placed in the classy delmar loop which is one of the 10 best streets in the US as the many signs display. You are only 9 stops on the metro train to the gateway arch or 25 minutes. Don't get a cab from the airport it cost us $40 Inc tip when the hotel told me it would be $25. Get the metro train from the airport the fare is $2.25 one way and there is a stop at drlmar loop. The hotel is two blocks or 5 mins walk !! However what spoilt such a great experience was the phone call we made from the hotel to an Australian mobile was under 10 minutes but they billed us $120 !!! Don't use the hotel phone and you will have a blast ...
