"Great location if you are keen on fishing and taking it easy. Also, there is a popular restaurant/cafe on site and convenience stores, chemist, doctor, newsagent, and lots of restaurants very close by. Finally, Caloundra Power Boat Club is within walking distance. " - Anonymous
"We stayed in the studio room and found it to be quite spacious and clean. It had a balcony overlooking the pumicestone passage which we didn't expect so that was a lovely surprise. It was close to the local shops
which was great. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to have a holiday there. What I do like also is that children are welcomed." - Anonymous
"Moorings is on an esplanade opposite a Channel of water with a view to Bushlands.It is a poor area for swimming.This is the only negative .
For me it was not a negative. I was more than happy in the large pool on site with separate wading pool and separate spa and waterfalls.
The esplanade has walking paths and boardwalks .
The restaurant on site is a casual beachfront venue with good food and service .
Moorings is a short stroll to a Licensed Boat club with dining facilities. In the other direction, Moorings is just one block from many stores and restaurants. Handy for the papers and essentials.
Just a few minutes by car to Caloundra and Kings Beach.
The accom is clean, comfy and quiet. Kitchen is equipped with stove, microwave and fridge
The Managers were available if required and could be seen going about their Resort duties.
