The motel has 31 units which include 2 spa room. We also have a family room whcih sleeps 5 We are next door to the Morphettville Race course.The Morphettville Function Centre is also next door. There is a bus stop outside plus to tram line at the back of the Motel.3 mins to Glenelg and beaches. Free movies with free SKY channel. Continental or cooked breakfast available in Breakfast room.The Motel has a 3.5 star rating. We are 10mins from the Airport. We also have a swimming pool, spa and BBQ

Getting there:We are situated on Anzac Highway 8 KM from the CBD and 5KM from Glenelg, SA's premier holiday area. If you are driving from Melbourne or Sydney you will enter Adelaide on the M1 Freeway. At the start of the city you will come to Cross Rd intersection and you will turn left onto Cross Road and follow it all the way untill you come to Anzac Highway, turn left and we are on the left side of the road.If you are coming in from the north A1 A20 come through the city and get onto Anzac Highway.

Car parking:Off street parking with most units (downstairs) have parking at the front of the unit. Car storage is available if going overseas or interstate (at your own risk) There is no cost for the service provided you spend at least one night at the Motel.

A warm welcome,the room was clean and comfortable,great value for money and ideallt situated to most amenities with easy access.
We enjoyed our stay at this motel and recomend this to others. Management gave us a free paper and were very helpful. It is convienently situated between the City and Glenelg and bus stop and tram are close by. Breakfast is available on site and other meals are available next door at Silks restaurant. The only down side was the deodoriser used by the cleaning staff irritated my asthma, but when asked they were happy not to use it during my stay.
Rates are for 2 people. Maximum occupancy is 3 people. Extra guest charge is $12 per night. Bedding configuration is a queen bed and a single bed.
The motel staff were friendly and helpful. The only downfall was the bbq pool area,which I assume was due to water shortages in south australia.

Convenient, suitable door front parking, pleasant dining at the race course club right next door, public transport close if required. Would stay there again.
This is a basic, no-frills motel and that suited us for our brief visit to Adelaide. The room was basic but comfortable and staff were helpful and courteous.
It was purposely chosen for being 'budget' and also for the location - suited our needs perfectly for the occasion - basic, but value for money
Although an older motel, it was very clean and the staff freindly. Central location to city and beach, and the all you can eat continental breakfast for $8 is great value. Will stay there again.

As a head hotel cleaner I was pleased with the cleanliness and all the facilties provided. I have been in the business for 11 years and know what to look for. It passed my inspection. Nice place to stay.
