Moulin Vert Hotel Paris

Reasonably good value for money. Have breakfast elswhere.Desk staff helpfull.

A very nice desk staff, more spacious room than many I've seen, adequate closet space, bed and pillows comfortable, smallish tub but a tub nonetheless (I like a relaxing soak), a mini fridge (surprise), pleasant rooftop and street view from double casement window, quiet. There was some paint peeling in the bathroom and some tiles needed regrouting. There was nothing exceptional about the room, but it was generally pleasant. The walk from the Metro was a bit longer than I expected at 10 minutes, and the Metro stop (Alesia) was a bit far away from the attractions and sites (on the #4 line I recall, 2nd stop from the end at Port d'Orleans). Desk staff was friendly and open 24 hours, and they were helpful recommending the easiest and least expensive way to get from the hotel to the CDG airport (2 train stops and take the B line on the RER for E8,50).

The room was clean.Friendly stuff. The hotel was about 5 minutes from the metro station, just as is written on the map.The area near the hotel was friendly and quite.The room was a little bit small but it's ok for someone who wants to stay for a few days or uses the room only for basic needs. The thing that i didn't like was that the clean stuff was entering the room without knocking the door. As a conclusion i wouldn't have problem to stay again.

They were very polite. Everything was simply and clean. Metro stations were from 7-15 minutes. I spent it nice weekend. Price was correct.

Neighbourhood very good - lots of shops and eating places. A bit of a distance from the main attractions, but close to metro. Hotel itself quiet. Breakfast room tiny, but can have breakfast in room at no extra charge.

A delightful little hotel. The rooms are small, and facilities a little limited , but everything sparkles and the beds are comfortable. It is in a charming quiet neighbourhood, with good Metro connections. The restaurant directly opposite is excellent . Outstanding value for money in these credit crunch times.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Moulin Vert. The room was clean, the breakfast good, and price reasonable. The location's not perfect for most tourist spots, but it's quick and easy to get to the metro, so we didn't mind. We'd stay here again, if we get to go back!

Friendly attentive staff and a brilliant location overlooking a little park and near lots of bars and restaurants. The room was a fair size with a large clean en suite which had a bath and power shower. Breakfast was fresh and tasty - the staff gave us unlimited pastries, juice and coffee every time we asked! Only gripe is that we asked for a double and were given a twin bedroom, the beds pushed flush up against each other but still not ideal.

Excellent service. [name] and his staff were very nice and easy to deal with. Was made easier because the staff at the front desk spoke good english. The rooms were average, quite small, and as we were situated on the street front, noisy if windows left open. Breakfast was a little disappointing as it was only bread and pastries. However once again really nice pleasant staff. Overall a nice place to stay.

Cute neighborhood, 19th century residential architecture, Two blocks to Pernety and Plaisance Metro stops. A change of pace, but fun. Hotel is tidy with a cheerful staff & a nice breakfast.
