Mounts Bay Waters Apartment Perth

Service and hotel environment is magnificent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would like to stay here again on my next visit to enjoy the surrounding Kings Park and Swan River on my morning brisk walking or jogging.

We had a great stay.The view from our apartment was outstanding,easy to access public transport and complimentary parking was an unexpected bonus.The apartment itself was a little tired but clean and cosy.Would definitely stay there again.

Great space. wouldn't stay anywhere else. So big.

every thing was good just the dishwasher did'nt work as good as it should.But was very happy with every thing else, best night sleep i've had at a hotel

Have stayed at the apartments many times and will stay many times more. Good location with secure parking included. Apartments are reasonably well equipped but some are begining to look a little tired. My preferred place to stay when in Perth on business.

A nice location, but I have had better value elswhere. Two bedroom apartment was not very spacious. lounge area cramped and bathrooms huge!

The apartment was great .Close to the location where had to be. We had no connection to the internet,had asked at the service desk but had no answer to that. Apart from that it is agreat facillity and will use this again.

Comfortable room and bed with good bathroom facilities. We were not warned about recent water damage to room or that the carpet was damp on arrival. Other than that, a pleasant stay.

Good value for money

Great value for Money, set up a little confusing, long way to reception from some of the units, shame reception wasn't a little more central in the complex. They could do with some more signage in the parking area so that you know where you are going but apart from that pretty good alround.

As the apartments are in several buildings it would pay to request an apartment well away from the nearby freeway.

Great location, great apartment and friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant was also very good, for both breakfast and dinner. Only criticism, was the soap dispenser which wasn't replenished in the ensuite. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent apartment for a family. Great facilities - pool, gym and tennis. Free CAT bus stops at the doorstep to take you into the city. Cafe also very reasonably priced for family. Have stayed here many times and will stay many more.

Whilst the facilities were more than adequate and the inclusion of secure parking was a bonus, the asking price seemed a little high given that there were no inclusions i.e. breakfast, discounted offers for sightseeing/transport or meals either in the facility or affiliated hotels or restaurants.

Good location, short 5 min walk uphill to city centre or use the bus stop immediately outside for the free bus transport around the CBD. Some apartments close to a major road and flyover so maybe noisy - ask for one at the back away from the road. Very clean, modern and spacious apartment. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Swimming pool was locked and couldn't access. Overall - excellent would definitely recommend.

Had a great time, apartment was first class and very clean,loved the location, and would stay there again if i was ever visiting Perth

My only issue was the height of the speed humps in the driveway - vicious on the underside of most cars! Restaurant was a pleasant surprise with great food and service to match

Stayed in 2BR, 2Bth 'fully self contained' apartment. Very clean, beds very comfy, good location near free bus stop, good security, poor lighting, off street car parking, 2 tennis courts (unlit), pool (unheated), 2 small but functional gyms, wireless internet (very expensive + poor room reception). Kitchen lacked necessary cooking implements - no chopping boards, vegie peelers, grater, measuring cup/spoons. Only 1 small saucepan + 2 small old frypans. No oven mitts so we made-do with a thin tea-towel. Disabled access is poor unless through basement carpark. Internet computers available in reception at $5 per 1/2 hr (although we were twice provided this service for free). We found it difficult obtaining information from staff about local supermarkets and when we asked for the phone number for a local Chinese take away were provided with prompt but inaccurate service, finding a pizza take away on the other end of our call. The staff were polite, but we never really felt welcome.

Great location and facilities, especially with quick access to the free CAT public bus system which makes it really easy to get around the Perth CBD. Only a small complaint but there are a number of stairs to get to Reception which is pain when you have to carry a suitcase up to check in and then carry it down again to get to your apartment building.

I rented an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room and kitchen. Definitely a bargain to accommodate 1 family for ard 300-400 AUD per night. It even comes with its own tumbler washing machine and there are 2 toilets... definitely great for getting everybody to washup in the shortest time in the morning.
