Stayed in the annex, basement with steep stairs and only handrail half way down. No hot water so better like a chill shower. Internet very reasonably priced and they have computer in the guest lounge where you can print off your documents with no charge for the printing.
Very satisfied. Staff were friendly, let me use a converter for my computer, breakfast was very good considering the cost of the room, could purchase internet time that you could use when you wanted to (i.e., could log on for 20 minutes and log off to have 40 minutes of time to use later). Many other hotels charge for a day of use or for a one time block of time. Great location to get from Heathrow on the tube.
The only good things about this hotel are that breakfast is included and it's a short walk to Earl's Court Tube station.
Location good for London sightseeing etc, staff helpful. Room was very small and did not have a power point for general use such as recharging our camera and computer. Breakfast basic and juice was cordial.
Only thing going for this hotel is location and friendly staff, We could hear every thing in the rooms around us and the room was very pokey had trouble finding somewhere to place suitcase. First night the noise was shocking but was quickly remedied by staff, sounded like a pack of elephants were next door.
Quite adequate for one night
A basic 2 star hotel at a 2 star price. Lack of tea/cofee making facilities and having to pay for an in-room safe and wifi are negatives
Good value for the money & it included breakfast! 2 minutes from the tube, very good!
Great staff. Great location. Small room but who cares.
Although the owner and his wife are extremely hospitable, the property and its accommodation facilities are basic and in need of some extensive renovation. The location is the one redeeming feature of this property.
My single room was small but comfortable. Shower room adequate with very hot water. Criticisms would include poor TV reception (an internal aerial in a ground floor room in a very built up area??), and lack of tea/coffee making facilities. Friendly and helpful reception staff and very good continental breakfast were pluses. Very central location explained the rather high price. I enjoyed my stay and would return if I couldn't find anywhere similar but cheaper.
The hotel is clean & staff are friendly & helpful. Nice stay here. But security control need to be improved.
i found the hotel staff very friendly the resteraunt clean and very good, the room was a little old in need of modernising but saying that it was clean the only downside was the closenest of the tube but otherwise good for what u paid.
Very Basic room with no ensuite. Quite adequate for one night
We stayed at Mowbray Court for 4 nights and found it excellent. The room was clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. The location is great, just around the corner from Earl's Court tube station. We did not notice any train noise, the double glazed windows worked a treat! The staff were really friendly and always available. Unfortunately breakfast was only offered from 7 til 9am, and we were keen on sleeping in so missed it. We'll definitely stay here again, it's a great hotel.
the continental breakfast was substantially better than expected and set me up for the day.
Lovely hotel with fair price/location ratio. Breakfast included is a plus in London. YOu should try it.
Perfect location! 5 min to Earl's Court tube station. Also, 2 min from an off-license store - really useful. Pretty clean, really friendly service, people always helpful. A bit noisy because it's a bit old. Really recommended!
Good value for money.
Price was high for the quality of the hotel (probably due to peak season). Very close to the train station so you can hear the trains (not too loud though). Breakfast room can get busy and hot. Overall the hotel is in great location.
