"We loved this hotel very very much! We had booked 3 nights in a deluxe room (the superior ones are by the road and may have a bit of noise so we played it safe) and were to spend the following 2 nights at the Kala and I had left our 2 last nights "opened". Well, right after the Kala, we checked ourselves back in the same room at the Muang Kulaypan! The hotel grounds are beautiful, the garden is enormous and gorgeous and there is a real feeling of peace and space. The pool is gorgeous and just the right size and the salas are amazing for relaxing. We never bothered lying on the loungers by the beach as the salas are a lot more comfortable. They have a bell and you can ring for your favorite drink! The staff is super friendly and breakfast is great, I really enjoyed the Siamese one which changed every day. I got to visit the Inao suites and if you can afford the extra they are really stylish! our room was very comfortable and we hope to come back to this little gem of a hotel. " - caroline surridge

Hotel description:    We are a 42 roomed boutique "design hotels and HIP HOTELS" located on the north end of Chaweng beach and only 10-15 minutes walk from the main centre of Chaweng shopping area.

The 42 rooms set over 2 storeys surround a lawned area with palm trees and a black tiled swimming pool, all of which look out to the sea and the 100 meter beach front. There is a lot of land here, all exquisitely landscaped and subtly accented throughout, with plenty of extra touches and unique designs.

All rooms are fully air-conditioned with international Satellite TV, in-house movie channel, hot and cold shower, hairdryer, IDD telephone, safety deposit box and mini bar. We also have a beachside swimming pool, mini gymnasium, restaurant (Thai,Chinese and vegetarian), reading lounge, gift shop and 24 hour access to the internet and also wireless high-speed internet access in all rooms, terrace, poor bar, swimming pool and restaurant. Our restaurant also has traditional Thai dancing and music performances throughout the week.
