expensive compared with its facilities, yet location is very good, transportation is very convenient. And staff is very friendly and helpful. Each of them speaks 4-5 languages.

Clean and quiet, reasonable size of room. The tramp stops just outside the hotel. Placed wery closed to the messe-center.

Nice hotel for the reasonable price. No "Hot" Breakfast, but it was O.K. nothing extravagent. Parking, if available is $20. USD. Would recommend for the value.
Single room is small but clean and comfortable. Location is very convenienet for the excellent "free" tram service - and very close to exhibition halls. Good value for money - have stayed several times for business visits to Basel, and will use again
The nicest Swiss hotel I have stayed in. Friendly, ultra-helpful, multilingual staff. Very comfortable room, good reading and ambient light, room kept immaculately clean. Best variety of breakfast food--I stayed more than a week--and always had a choice of excellent food and very good coffee. Centrally located--lots of tram lines nearby.
The hotel is very conveniently situated with excellent public transport system AND the hotel gives you a free pass for the whole of your stay. The staff are all particularly friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast is good.
good value overall
The hotel is located very close to the Exhibition centre and about 5 minutes walk to the main streets of the old town (across the river). The hotel staff are a credit to the hotel and are very friendly and are more than willing to help you with directions, bar recommendations, etc. The room I stayed in with 2 friends was large and spotlessly clean.

Friendly and helpful welcome. A conveniently located and good value-for-money hotel. Very close to the city tram system - and ideal to make use of the visitors free use of the trams (card given by the hotel).

Good value for money, comfortable and just across from a tram stop. Excellent breakfast (small extra cost). The free travel card for use on Basel trams during our stay was an unexpected bonus.
There was only one problem: the sleeping room was very hot. Very nice was that we get a free card voor buses in trams voor 24 hours. very clean !!

This was a good choice in Basel, on the tram lines, large room, very clean, quiet. We were very satisfied and felt relaxed, we enjoyed our three nights. We would choose this hotel again in future.
