"Lovely location!! The staff were friendly and customer service focused. We really like the 'no children' policy. The pool and lagoon gave you the best of both worlds - you could snorkel and kayak close by. The Beauty Spa was fantastic!! The massage, facial and manicure was great. Salote has magical hands!
We didn't like the flies and tiny ants hanging around the food at breakfast time.
We had to ask house keeping for replacement items when it was obvious things had run out!
I thought that the cost to stay there was way over priced and that our online booking should have allowed a cheaper rate for a later check out time rather than us having to pay for a full 24 hours. Once at the hotel we found out that this was possible and so now have to investigate further if we want a rebate!!! Felt a bit ripped off!!" - Aroha Knight, Moana Knight Knight
"Very nice new hotel with a fabulous lagoon with view of a couple of islands straight out the beach front windows.
Regular price is too steep, but the internet price is good value!!
