good hotel clean and friendly hotel
This hotel was in a good location, with plenty of shops & good restaurants close by, we loved Pepe Nero Restaurant great Pepper Steak:) Our room was very comfortable & nice & dark which was great for sleeping. The only problem we had was being locked out of our room twice during our 4 day stay & had to go to reception to have our entrance card recoded!!!!!!!!!!!
We spent 4 days at the My One Hotel in La Spezia. The service provided was excellent. The location was perfect as we were able to easily get around and to catch the train to the Cinque Terra towns so we could go on the walking trails. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We would thoroughly recommend the hotel to anyone who is intending to travel in the region.
I wouldn't rate this a 4 star hotel. The hotel is nice in a one way street. Unfortunately you have to pay for parking if you're unlucky like us and we had to drive around the whole block a few times. Room was nice but still could not understand why it's a 4 star hotel? Staff are really friendly and helpful.
A modern, centrally located hotel. Close to the main street, and easy walk to the habour. We would stay in this hotel next time. Mike & Julia, Australia.
Lift too slow, but everything else OK
Clean hotel with good size roomand wellappointed bathroom. Great location. Helpful reception staff.
Very good hotel, close to train station & in a great area for bars, shopping etc. Pam NZ
Excellent Hotel. Great value for money, great location, close to town centre & transport. Very quiet, excellent breakfast.
A very good hotel in an excellent location within a walking city. The rooms are well-appointed, and a very good buffet breakfast, with a wide selection of items, was provided. Security for valuables was, on this isolated occasion, not adequate - the small safe was detached and remained detached, even though the reception staff assured us it would be attended to. Subject only to that, I would recommend staying there.
Very comfortable hotel, ideal as a base for our fours days on the Cinque Terre. Built into the side of a hill, so reception at Level 5, with 11 car spaces available free. Garage available but a bit expensive. Lowest level gives access to a lane leading to the main shopping area. 10 minutes to the station and then only between 7 and 20 minutes to the five towns. No restaurant attached, but hotel recommended a number nearby, although we did all of our meals on the Cinque Terre. Free WiFi.
Excellent hotel in good location. Very modern rooms. Only problem we encountered was the congregations of young people in streets around at various times during day and night which created a lot of noise.
Ample breakfast buffet with both hot and cold items. Good location; about 15 minute walk from the train station. Very clean and modern facilities. Would stay here again.
Fantastic service - highly recommended.
This hotel was really good value for money. Unlike most other hotels in Italy, the building is new (not historical), the room was very spatious, the fitout was modern, all essentials were provided for. The staff were very friendly and helpful too.
This hotel was pleasant but was a mush longre hike from the station than we had hoped... well placed for wandering through La Spezia.
one site there is a McDonalds and you can smell it in your room very limited non smoking rooms available Hotel is situated 10 minutes walk from center Breakfast buffet is reasonable
This hotel is very new with modern rooms and very helpfull staff. The cold buffet breakfast is very good as well. Well located with the lower exit right near the daily market.
New hotel - extremely clean - walls very thin - very good complimentary breakfast. A good 10min. walk from the train station and then only 5 mins from Cinque Terre by train. Good restaurants were difficult to find - hotel less than a minute walk from a pedestrian mall. Unfortunate incident with one of the receptionists - but only one - the others were extremely obliging. Handy to take local bus to Porto Venere. Would stay there again.
