"Location depends on what you want to do in Parma. The hotel is 30 min walk from the town Centre, just outside the "periferia" (ring road around the town) but near the highway A1 exit. There's a bus (no. 15) to town as well, that stops at the nearby sport complex (even though the staff does not know this). Otherwise a good and clean place. "Our experience was that the rooms sold through the last minute feature are not worth the 4 stars: the first room we got was very humid and didn't smell nice. The room our friends got was dirty and the shower didn't work. When you book a last minute room, you still expect the same service but this was obviously not the case." - Anonymous

My One Hotel Villa Ducale is located just minutes from the city centre, in a strategic position between the town centre and main routes into the city.
Originally a villa belonging to a local noble family it has been transformed into a comfortable hotel, old and new fused into an elegantly designed modern hotel.
In September 2007 the hotel was integrated with the new building, beside the original house, with two 5-storey towers, wide windows and red marble it is well appointed throughout.
A warm and welcome awaits you in the hotel's restaurant the “Trattoria dal Duca” which offers its guests a refined cuisine that is inspired by the culinary traditions of Emilia.

From highway gate:
Parma center exit gate, take right direction towards to Parma's town center. After 1,5 km. turn on the left into Hotel Villa Ducale's century park.
From railway station:
with the station behind, take Viale Bottogo on right direction and just before to arrive on the bridge turn on right and go straight for 1.5 km. After that you can find Hotel Villa Ducale on the right side.
From Parma's fair:
itake Strada Baganzola on right side, direction Parma. After 5 Km. get bypass direction Parma center, Bologna, Autostrada A1. Go straight and go out to the 2° exit gate towards Highway A1 direction. After that go straight for 500m and you can find Hotel Villa Ducale on the right side.
