Our quaint, affordable, studio units are perfect for the single traveller or couple. The studio units have a queen size bed and all linen and towels are provided.
Each studio unit has its own ensuite and underfloor vented gas heating.
The fully self contained kitchens have a cook top, microwave, toaster, kettle and refrigerator. Complimentary tea, coffee, milk and biscuits are provided for the first night of your stay.

One Bedroom Unit
Our one bedroom units will sleep up to 4 guests. They all have a queen size bed and a pull out sofa bed in the living area. Two of the units also have an extra single bed.
Each one bedroom unit has its own bathroom facilities and gas heating.
All kitchens are fully equipped with a cook top, microwave, toaster, kettle and refrigerator.
There is a TV and DVD player in all units and linen and towels are supplied.

Relax and spend time with friends and family in our country style, two bedroom units.
Each unit has a queen size bed in one bedroom and twin share facilities in the second bedroom. A sofa bed in the lounge area provides additional bedding if required. All linen and towels are provided.

Two Bedroom Unit With Harbour Views
Unit four is a modern, spacious unit that has town and harbour views. It is on the second floor and has an internal stair case. (18 steps)
The large kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas cook top and oven, large refrigerator, microwave, toaster and kettle.
The main bedroom has a semi ensuite and contains a queen size bed. The second bedroom contains a double bed and a single bed.
There is a sofa bed in the lounge area and in the down stairs entry to accommodate additional guests. All linen and towels are provided and the unit has gas heating.
A TV and, VCR and DVD player are provided for your entertainment.
Complimentary tea, coffee, milk and biscuits are provided for the first night of your stay.

"We had a two bed-room unit. The unit had a well equipped kitchen and the two bedrooms were comfortable. One downside was that the single toilet was shared between the two bedrooms. There is a single heater in the living room so it could get cold in the bedrooms. The location was good as it was within walking distance of the main street but if you are driving, it doesn't really make a difference. " - Anonymous

The easiest way to reach My Place is to head down York St (main street) and turn left at the Post Office. You will travel down a one way street and will see the My Place sign as you approach the round about. My Place is located on the right hand side of Grey St, directly ahead. |

Office hours are from 8.00am until 12 noon and 2.00pm thru until 6pm. If your ETA is after 6pm please ring us and we will arrange for a late check in.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Online bookings are not fully confirmed until a deposit of one night has been received. This deposit is taken from the credit card information supplied by the guest.
All other bookings require a deposit of one night to be received within 7 days of the enquiry. Credit card details will be required upon checkin. Same day b |
