Reception staff could have been more friendy. Well located 15 min walk to the centre.

I use hotels regularly in Portugal , specially in Lisbon and have stayed in various hotels there . I found the Nacional very clean , convenient location it takes only two stops on the underground train to reach the spots were the tourists eat or shop.
The hotel we stayed in was a good choice. It is located in the center of the city, and in a quiet street.
