"Location is great - just 1min to Nanjing Road. You can access to most tourist spot within walking distance - (People's Square, The Bund, Various Department Store). Line 2 MRT is just next to hotel...You can take the Maglev to Longyang station & then change to Nanjing East Station (Line 2).
But don;t expect good service & facility.
