"I have been to Hong Kong quite a few times. I've decided to take an executive room in Nathan due to some reviews about the rooms.
I arrived at the hotel at 1pm to check in and was ignored for a while before being served (It seems like their really busy). Was promptly informed that there was no room available and to come back at 3pm for my room. When I returned at 4pm, the reception couldn't find my information and I had to check in a 2nd time. The service provided by the hotel is in need of improving especially since I changed to Nathan from another hotel, [other hotel name] (a cheaper hotel) which had impeccable service.
It was a 10 mins walk from the mtr which was rather inconvenient if you are holding on to a lot of shopping.
On the upside, the rooms are big and recently renovated compared with most other hotels. There are minimal facilities (who needs them when you are going shopping) and the free shuttle to the airport express stops just outside the hotel. " - Gan Hup Tan
