Great friendly staff in a very safe environment

Not very close to Coffs itself so you need a car. The restaurant was nice for dinner, pity it doesn't open til 11am so no breakfast. The weather wasn't great so we didn't get to use facilities but they looked good. Would stay again.

Look, this resort had great location (right on the beach), fabulous friendly front desk staff and very clean rooms but they are in major need of renovating. It does look like this has started to take place in other areas of the resort, which is good. The bed in the main bedroom was very hard (may as well of slept on the floor). But overall we were happy with the stay, cost of the rooms was a little on the expensive side though. I would stay here again but request a newly renovated room.

Photos were a little misleading, actually an older style resort. Great value for money, Comfortable stay.

Everything was good in general, however the devil is in the detail. The curtains could not be pulled to as they were off their tracks, and the grout in the bathroom was in dire need of a good clean, and the flyscreen on the security gate needed replacing due to holes.

We enjoyed the very relaxed atmosphere of the resort. Staff were pleasant and the room was very spacious and quiet. Lovely beaches and great for walking. Nice deck above the beach where you can relax with a drink or a meal

This was a great place to relax for a few days. A bit hard to get to Coff's Harbour with the bus service (not being a regular service) as we didn't have a car. Taxi's were easy enough to order but $20 each way. We weren't aware of Moonee Beach which was just another 3 kms north of Nautilus, where a shopping centre was and would have been all we needed, but still hard to get to. The only complaint was the lighting in the room, it rained the 3 days we were there so the lighting for reading and playing cards was poor - otherwise a nice place to stay.

Very smart apartments. Beach unsafe for swimming. Upmarket restaurant. situated on highway. 10 mins drive to swimming beaches, shops and nice walking areas.

The "do not disturb" policy was very much appreciated. Facilities and service were excellent. Will use this resort for further stays.

Very well priced accommodation with excellent facilities. Unit was clean with ample space. We particularly noted the excellent presentation of the meals in the Restaurant.

First time here and really enjoyed the room and facilities does need undercover parking as next to ocean. Recomend any time

Spacious, clean and well maintained modern room with nice outlook into garden. Well fitted kitchenette for preparing breakfast.

Beautiful setting by a sweeping beach amidst lovely gardens. I wish we had been staying longer (we were in transit and only stayed one night). Some of the equipment in the rooms was faulty which was a disappointment but staff were very apologetic.

The restaurant was excellent!

Service from the hotel staff and also from the staff in the spa was absolutely excellent!!! Thank you. I am aware that the restaurant is separately owned, but it is disappointing that their service does not match that of the resort and spa. For the second time, a group of us (14 this time) ordered breakfast at the restaurant. Again we found that the time to serve us for drinks/ coffees was very slow and many other patrons received theirs before us, even though they arrived and ordered after our group. A few errors were made again (which we are very understanding of). What we are not understanding of is that the staff became very defensive when we brought it up to be rectified/ taken off the account, to the point when one of our guests became quite irate, and we all left feeling quite uncomfortable. I commend the Nautilus on having such a lovely and relaxing environment, and friendly staff year after year.

The restaurant at Nautilus Beachfront Villas & Spa Coffs Harbour is a separate business to the resort. We had made a breakfast reservation for 14 people. The prices were quite expensive plus there was a 10% surcharge, the food was quite good but the service was at best ordinary with meals arriving before coffee and fruit juice, orders incorrect and some orders only arriving after others had finished eating and asking again for the meal that was ordered. The resort is fantastic but is sadly let down by a poorly run and managed restaurant. I will certainly stay at Nautilus again in the future but will not use the restaurant at the resort as this is the second time my family and I have stayed at Nautilus and been let down by the restaurant.

Nice to have direct access to a beach - lovely location just outside Coffs. Comfortable room, good pools and grounds.
