Neapolis Hotel Naples

This hotel is located in the heart of the old town, right next to a thousand year old campanile and a historic church. The hotel occupies the third and higher floors of its building and access is by elevator artfully concealed in a nondescript yard, but any of the locals will direct you. Reception are pleasant and obliging with passable English. The rooms are tiny, as is common for budget hotels in Italy, and scrupulously clean. Beds are comfortable and air-conditioning, although noisy, is effective. The internet connection, when it is working, I found utterly bewildering so I class it as hopeless. An international phone call could not be completed (for which I blame Neapolitan telecoms rather than the hotel). To compensate for its relative separation from things, Hotel Neapolis provides airport and railway station connections by minibus at reasonable rates. Breakfast is excellent and varied. Overall assessment for a budget hotel: pretty reasonable.

My feedback is positive. Neverthless I consider the breakfast very poor and with low quality of the food. The room had a good panorama, but there are very few room available with a good view, then ask for it. The price could be good but I payed just 71€ per night (double) and this is a good price. If you pay more than it, I think that you could find something else more valid in the historical centre of Naples.

Very pleasant helpful staff, The area was interesting and seemed popular,so presumably reasonably safe in the evening. To walk from the station at Piazza Garibaldi head for Via Tribunali and walk till you reach a brick tower and a technico institute,then it is just around the corner on your right. The map is not very helpful.

The location is very central and safe with no evidence of the crime problems reported in other parts of the city. The hotel staff are helpful and friendly - nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant attached to the hotel is also of a good standard.

I liked this hotel alot and enjoyed my stay here. I felt relaxed there which I needed as Naples, is nice and lots to see but not exactly relaxing, so nice to come back to this hotel after hard days sight seeing. Breakfast was very nice and staff helpful and freindly. I was abit dissapointed at first that the computer was not available for use, as it said it was in the room facilities section on the website, but I was able to do what I needed on the computer at reception.

Lovely place, little bit above our intended budjet but worth the few extra Euros.

This hotel is located in the historic centre. Room was big and clean with balcony. What's perfect is that there is a computer with internet access in your room free of charge. I enjoyed staying there!
