Nelva Hotel Murcia

Had great difficulty in finding the hotel using Sat Nav as there is another road of the same name some 4k away. Receptionist at the hotel said this was a frequent occurance don,t know how you get over this. Other than that the hotel was superb and grat value for money.

Excellent hotel. Very new, very clean. Wonderful showers! The hotel restuarant, Cafe Negro, is just fabulous. I would think anyone would be very happy with this hotel.

Hard to fault this hotel, it was excellent. My only critisism is that our booking included breakfast and they tried to charge us extra for it. Otherwise everything was perfect and I would definately stay there again.

My main concern was that after breakfast food could not be ordered anywhere other than room service! The hotel says its international but I question that because again ordering room service the menu was in spanish only. The staff could not understand what I wanted therefore I gave up and had to leave the hotel in order to eat which in my opinion was ridculous.

Definitely a businessman's hotel but very nice. Right on a bus stop going to town (Catch the number 2 - it's a Circular route) Need a bar in the outside area otherwise you have to go upstairs and inside to get a coffee/coke/drink.

The hotel was very clean and stylish throughout. The breakfast is quite pricey but the food good quality. The restaraunt is fabulous and the food outstanding. They even cooked whatever the children wanted. Would highly recommend it for a special meal out.

It was dissappointing that the hotel has no indoor pool or fitness facilities other than that the hotel was excellent with pleasent helpful staff and a great breakfast.

The restaurant was very disappointing, very overpriced and inadequate portions. Rooms and facilities were excellent.

This is a really nice hotel and the buffet breakfast was great. Our room was great and matched the pictures on the website. It's only about a 20 minute stroll into the city centre although you can get a bus. The reception staff were very helpful and can supply a map. There are lots of nice looking restaurants around Calle Garcia Simon.

I was extremely impressed with the standard of the hotel and also the assistance from all of the staff. They were extremely helpful and kind especially with the language barrier.

Very high standard, new hotel. Convenient for city but therefore on busy road. Easily accesssed by car and has good parking facility. Rooms excellent. Breakfast and dining excellent. Well designed garden and outdoor pool area. Some facilities (indoor pool and health centre) were not yet finished. Hotel staff polite and helpful. Good value weekend room rate via Hotel Club. Confidently recommend!

Lovely hotel, very pleasant staff and a comfortable bedroom with everything we could possibily need. Very convenient for the Auditorio where we often go for concerts and we will stay there often in the future.

15 to 20 minute walk into center of city.

Considering the amount we paid, we were delighted when we arrived at the Hotel Nelva. The majority of the staff spoke English which was very helpful. Unfortunately we could not change money there and i had to pay for the room on my credit card as they would not except Switch even though my deposit was paid for using my switch/maestro card! Overall we were extremely happy there and would recommend it to anyone!
