"This is a new apartment complex in middle of Sophia Antipolis with supermarket, pharmacie etc and a couple of café and restaurants. Great views from balcony, across the golf course and towards mountains behind Grasse. Hot water not a problem. Kithenette is very small compared to P&V, breakfast too expensive @ 7€ compared to Etap @4€. Dead after 7.00 pm but better value than hotels if you have a family and need more than 1 room." - william brooker

"Difficult to find at first but it is in a peaceful country location and was pleasant to return to in the evening after sightsee-ing all day. The apartment (and bed) was clean and comfotable and the cooking facilities adequate for a simple meal. Plus we had a good side balcony with panoramic views. There is a large Carrefour supermarket less than 10 minutes drive away, and the aparthotel is well placed (not far from the motorway) for visiting all the resorts on the Riviera and Provencal countryside." - Anonymous
