Neva Hotel Paris

No internet access and expensive. Very small room.

Location of this hotel is perfect, just 100 metres from Arc De Triomphe. The staff in this hotel are excellent, very helpful with any queries you might have. The hotel itself is basic enough, a Double Room actually means two single beds pushed together. The room is clean and well heated. What you are paying for with this hotel is the Location.

What sets this apart from similar 3 star hotels in Paris is the excellent and friendly service from the staff. The hotel is quite basic but it is clean and beds comfortable and the breakfast is more than adequate to set you up for the day with fresh croissants and pastries, cereal, juice, cold meats, cheeses etc. Location is second to none with the Arc de Triomphe around the corner and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower - and even the Louvre for the more energetic! Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel near Arc de Triumph. Good bus connections from/to CDG. Friendly service.

I became ill while staying there, something I picked up in Morocco. They organised a doctor for me who arrived at the hotel within the hour. Excellent service.

The morning breakfast few items all 3 days it has finished when we came to have our breakfast by 9:00am. They should have sufficient food for the morning breakfast head count.

Room was small with no cross ventilation for fresh air. Location is the best advantage of thi hotel.

Very comfortable hotel. Very conveniient to two Metro lines and RER_A train service. Five minutes walk to Champs Elysees, restaurants, etc. Tea/coffee making facilities in room would be useful. Enjoyed stay very much - would stay there again.

Hotel very close to L'arc de Triomphe, Metro and tour bus stop. Staff extremely helpful. Would recommend.

Clean & tidy basic hotel, good heating during winter, close to restaurants, sights, Arc de Triomphe and metro station. I would stay here again.

the neva was good value hotel and the parisians very friendly the only thing we would comment about was that there was a plumbing problem in our room and i think it affected the whole floor - there was a terrible smell permeating through the rooms. apart from that everything else was great

This hotel is well located near to the centre with reasonably priced rooms

The location was fabulous! The room had a very nice spacious bathroom but otherwise was quite small and cozy. The front desk was extremely helpful and friendly but the hotel had little extra services. I would recommend this hotel as a delightful place to stay.

The location of Hotel Neva is situated close enough to the Arc du Triomphe to walk within moments and catch the metro but it is also far enough away for you to be able to have a quite nights sleep once returning to the hotel.

This hotel was great, so central (around the corner from Metro and Arc de Triomphe). It seems to be very newly refurbished, so everything is spotlessly clean and nice. For the price I felt it was very good value. Didn't have the breakfast so don't know what that was like, but otherwise would highly recommend it. The street was pretty quiet also, so we got our sleep.

Nice Hotel right near Arc de Triomphe. Small rooms but clean and comfortable. Plenty of restaurants nearby and close to Metro. Would stay there again.

Reception staff were very friendly & spoke good English. The location was excellent, near L'Arc de Triomphe which has a metro station underneath. Shops and cafes are nearby. We would be happy to saty again.
