"A hotel with a nice ambience. " - Su Hui Lee
"The hotel has a great location in shin-jeju and the staff try their best to be helpful. But despite boasting both a korean and western restaurant, neither were open for dinner, nor were the sauna's, nightclub and the shop remained closed through most of the day. I also tried to explain to the guys that I had paid online for the breakfast and ended up having to pay on top of my reservation for it. It made me feel somewhat confined to my room through the night." - Anthony D'Souza
"Good location in east parts of Jeju (not on the map in the Lonely Planet Korea guide), close to airport. Staff was barely english speaking, so don't expect any help there. There's a business office with two PCs open 08-22, where you can access internet for free, and supposedly also wireless access in the lobby area, but I never got it to work.
Rooms where clean but worn, we got a smoking room (there was an ashtray and matches in the room when we arrived) even though we requested a non smoking one in the reservation, but there was no smell of cigarettes in the room.
Hotel doesn't provide shampoo, shower gel etc, so bring your own, they do however give you soaps.
At the price we paid, I'd still recommend the hotel.
