Stayed 6 nights with mum, dad& nephew in a 2bedroom apartment, on the website says 1twin & 1Queen, but the Queen bed really is only a small double bed. Has a small very clean kitchen, but doesn't provide with any pots/pans & cooking utensils, you need to pay to get them, which defeats the purpose of having a kitchen in my view. In the end we only used the microwave over, because there are many eating places around the hotel, we bought lotsa take-aways. The self-servcie laundry is very handy for a long stay, 20.00RMB per wash or dry is very reasonable. Location is good too, walking distance(20mins) to Nanjing Road, or HuaiHai Road, or Yu Garden.

Stayed here for 5 nights over Christmas Period in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Had everything we required e.g. clean comfortable, courteous helpful staff and in good location handy to subway and expressway for taxi ride into city. One tip is make sure you have a copy of your booking/registration with you as it helps to clear up any misunderstanding 'immediately'. And for 'westeners' remember this is a 'chinese' apartment hotel so 4/5 five star rating is 3.5 star. Would stay there again and would recommend to others looking for budget leavel accommodation in Shanghai.

We stayed in a 3-bedroom unit for 4 nights. It was very comfortable for four adults and two toddlers. First bedroom has a king-size bed and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom came with a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has a single bed. We also had a very good view of the city due to high floor. The only setback was the overall cleanliness of the unit. The floor was dirty, bedsheets were not changed daily and the kitchen lingered with fried food odor. There is a small supermarket round the corner that serves the grocery needs of foreigners well and a bakery shop nearby that sells very tasty bread and cakes. Travel by taxi is also very economical due to the apartment's central location. Boarding fare is 12 CNY, and stayed the same upon reaching the main shopping belts. Overall, this is a great place to stay in Puxi.

Comfortable room with reasonable breakfast available. Only problem was advrtised discount for breakfast which was withdrawn without notice. Recommended.

The kitchenette is a total Let down In size And cleanness. The cleanliness and upkeep Of the toilet met my minimum expectations. No mirror in the apartment except the toilet Mirror. Bed was comfortable.

5 min walk to Metro line 8, lots of good boutique restaurants nearby. A few 24-hr restaurants and family marts! Room is spacious with drinking water supply. Washing machine proves to be very useful in this hot weather. however there is cooking facilities but no utensils. Overall a great apartment and very convenient located.

This isn't really a hotel, but has more of an apartment feel to it. It's not a bad thing at all though as it makes you feel at home.

This hotel is very close to metro station DashiJe at line 8. It has 2 banks near it and also many supermarkets and restaurants. The hotel is clean and the front desk speaks English very well.

might have been more useful if they provided a pot, sucepan, frying pan or wok, and some cooking utensils. kitchen was well laid out, but cupboards totally bare of any cooking equipment. This is reflected in the pristine cupboard shelves - never used.

Location is good.within walking distance to people square and short taxi ride to Qipu Road, the Bund and others attractions.The room is spacious but the kitchenette needs some upgrading as it looks old and worn out.

We were in a two bedroom apartment which was very clean and provided a living area, small galley kitchen bathroom and two bedrooms off a short hall way. The beds were comfortable, the apartment heating worked well and the staff were friendly. I though this apartment good value for money and we will stay there again. Kitchen utensils provided upon request at a very small cost if you wish to cook in the apartment. I am very antismoking and hate being put into a room in China that is called Non-smoking but where people have clearly smoked hundreds of cigarettes. This room was smoke free. Lovely. No complaints!
