Next to the hotel you will find the Boni-MRT rail station as well as a big bus stop. Both make traveling through Manila and Ortigas cheap, easy and fast. You are near to: Ninoy Aquino International Airport, about 12 km away from the hotel.

i reached the hotel at night by cab from sm mega mall. the journey took about 5 mins. there was no street lamps outside the hotel so quite unsafe.there were some constructions going on nearby the hotel.
Probably the best value for money option in Manila. Friendly staff, big rooms and good facilities. Right across EDSA from Robinson's Mall. Cheap PHP50 surcharge for waiting metered taxis. Good restaurant on site with very acceptable breakfast. Highly recommended for the price.
Had a very good stay of three nights in the New Horizon. Staff very friendly. Room was very clean and renovated. Location is a bit off the central actions but still acceptable. Slight problems with internet hook up. Good conection to airport (took me only 20 minutes on Sat.). Can recommend absolutely! Will stay again.

I was in Manila on business for the UN and booked a suite at the New Horizon. The room was very spacious and made an excellent venue for my team to work. The desk clerks were always polite and helpful. Breakfast wasn't extravagent, but then again neither was the price. The only possible complaint that I can come up with is that all of the rooms do not have internet. Other than that, I was very pleased with my stay, the staff and the price of this hotel.
Good value. Pleasant stay. Air-con worked great in our room. Bathtub leaked onto floor, but there was a floor drain to handle it. Nice staff. Nothing fancy,just a decent clean and comfortable room, but not in the best neighborhood.
Good hotel and friendly staff. Rooms are very big. Location by "Edsa", Manila main ring road means that moving up north or down south the metropolis is easy. But it also means that the environment is not very "green" (to put it mildly) and can be a bit noisy. If the room is just what matters, this hotel is a good choice. With regards to the price they advertise 45 dollars per night (for standart superior room) but use a 45 pesos to the dollars exchange rate which makes it closer to 50 dollars. In pesos their official room rate is 1998 pesos. This includes a buffet breakfast which is an Ok one.
Excellent value for money. Good restaurant - food at very affordable prices. Room decoration could be better but the bed was good and that's the main consideration. Some problems with adjusting the shower temperature but otherwise the bathroom was of a good standard.
The Front Manager remenbered my return. Impressive for a 3Star hotel. Hotel is beside BONI MRT station 2 stops from Edsa SM Mall.
