Great location as in central (right next to the Madelein and behind Champs D'Elysee, so easy walking distance to the major sights in Paris central. Nice breakfast was included in our booking price too. However the negatives were that the room was tiny as (could hardly walk around the bed), the staff were quite unhelpful (based on directions from 2 different staff members we walked for 2 hours aimlessly looking for what turned out to be a non-existant laundromat), and considering this was by far the most expensive hotel booking out of our 2 month Europe trip it was not in our mind value for money.

Great location - were able to walk to everywhere. The rooms were small however clean and comfortable and very quiet for the centre of the city. We were only in our room for sleeping so it was perfect. Breakfast room is very small. Staff very friendly and accommodating. We were there for Rugby world cup so rooms were more expensive than normal but the average normal prices are worth it for the location. Would stay there again for sure.

Liked the hotel because it was clean, close to everything and the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were small but had all facilities that we needed. It was also very quiet. Close to metro and the airport bus. Would definitely go there again.

This hotel is located in an excellent part of Paris. Close to shopping, tourist sights and nice restaurants. It also feels very safe to walk about. The metro is a 5 minute walk away. Staff are helpful. Breakfast was not included in the price. I would go back to this hotel.

Highly recommend this hotel. I have stayed there twice and on both occasions the staff were helpful, friendly, courteous and efficient. The location is perfect for tourists - central to everything. Rooms are clean and a good size for the price. Should be a higher rating.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting reasonably priced, centrally located, clean and comfortable accommodation. Staff were very helpful and the rooms were surprisingly large for Paris.

Stayed here from 4/19 through 4/28/05. It's an excellent hotel in a wonderful location. Close to the Metro, close (too close, ha!) to fabulous shopping, and within easy walking distance to major attractions (Louvre, Tuileries, etc.). Although just off the busy Madeleine area, it was surprisingly quiet. Our room was very small, but clean and with very comfortable beds. And the welcome drink is a nice touch.

This is rated a three-star hotel but I would rate it four-star+. It was the highlight stay of my wife & my stay in Europe. The staff speak excellent English so communication is not a problem. The staff and owner provided friendly and prompt service. It is ideally situated to reach all of the attractions of Paris on foot. We were delighted that we chose this hotel, and we will certainly stay there again.

We found the hotel friendly, well furnished (including enough hangers!), clean and in a good location. Value for money, again we found the hotel provided everything we could need or want for a city break hotel. Lovely touch - a decanter of liquor in room when you arrive. Very convenient for Roisseybus from L'Opera to CDG airport. We would definately use again.

This lovely hotel is located within walking distance of the Place de Concorde, the Louvre, the Seine and many other desirable places. The breakfast was very good with a range of foods available. A good choice of restaurants was near by also. I would definitely stay here again.
