Situated in one of the most centric areas of Madrid very close to Plaza de España. Our strategic position will allow you to combine leisure, culture and work. Shopping areas like Gran Vía, Preciados and Princesa are located at a few minutes. Nearby places of historic interest are the old part of the city (Plaza Mayor, Madrid de los Austrias, etc.). To make your stay complete and to please the little ones, you can stroll through the Jardines del Moro (ornamental gardens), El Paseo del Pintor Rosales (park) and the Casa de Campo area, where you will find Madrid’s Zoo, the amusement park and the cable car.

Getting there:
To the hotel from the airport - Metro (+/- EUR 1.20 - 35 min.). Take line 8 to Mar de Cristal. Change to line 4 direction Argüelles untill the San Bernardo station. We're located at 200 mts. from this station. - Taxi (+/- EUR 20 - 25 min.). To the hotel by car: - The calle Alberto Aguilera is one of the main streets of Madrid. It links Castellana from the Plaza de Colón and calle Princesa and the Moncloa district. Follow directions for the city centre.

We had a generally good experience during our 9-day stay. The location was good, about a 20-minute walk to Plaza Espana but near our apartment when we lived for a year in Madrid in the 80's. Our only disappointment was the the limited wi-fi access. They allow 30-min free in-lobby access each day for one device only. Biggest problem was after using wi-fi for 5-min to check email, later that day when I checked again the daily access had timed-out. Don't know why, but ended up using free wi-fi at nearby Nebraska Restaurante most of the time.

Overheating in our room on the 6th floor, air con not working until later in month noisy with window open.
