The hotel is located in the heart of the historic district next to the Synagogue, which dates from 1314 and, is a short stroll from the Mosque. The NH Amistad Cordoba comprises two eighteenth century mansions and an adjoining building with access to the Maimónides Plaza. The careful renovation has restored the interior Mudejar-style courtyard, the neo-classical façade and the ornate woodwork ceilings to their original splendour.

Getting there:The NH Córdoba is located at the heart of the city’s historic center, in Plaza Maimonides, at the heart of the Jewish Quarter (Judería). Very close to the Arab wall, the Mosque, the Bullfighting Museum and the 14th century Synagogue, a privileged location that often surprises our clients.

If going by car you would need an ecellent GPS system. Even with the name of the nearest big road (which is tiny) we failed to find our way in so had to park a couple of 100 metres away and go in on foot. However, they are used to this and gave us a young guide who came back with me to take my car into their underground car park. This is no mean feat so avail yourself of this service. If going on foot go by taxi!!!!!!!! Once there the hotel is charming and built around an inner courtyard which acts as a seating area where one can sip an aperitif. The hotel was under renovation while we were there so some cracks and works were evident but did not detract from the charm. All the main sites are withing easy walk as are some good restaurants. In the annex they have a roof top sun deck with a tiny pool. It's enough however. to get away from the searing heat that Cordoba is known for. All in all I would recommend this hotel.
An impressive modern hotel. The breakfast is superb in terms of variety and quality. The restaurant serves very interesting food. Room service is available 24hrs a day. A wide range of toiletries is provided. I would gladly return.
Conveniently located in the old quarter of Cordoba. Fairly easy to get to by car by following signs, although you have to ignore a "No Entry" sign on the final approach though some narrow streets. Excellent secure underground parking facility. Very good breakfast. Would highly recommend as a base for exploring the city, close to Mezquita and Alcazar.

This was an A+ hotel. Enjoyed everything about it. I felt like we were in a 5 star hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was also a beautiful hotel and the breakfast buffet was sensational.

Excellent hotel in the old Juderia quarters of Cordoba, in fact the old city walls, however difficult access by car from inside the quarter (indications not (yet?) consequently posted). There is a nearby public supervised parking with easy access to the rear entrance of the hotel, recommended also by the hotel whenever their own garage is full. This should be included in a sketch showing the access to the hotel.
