Great location, clean rooms. Only issue is internet access: very slow & very tough to get on line.

Great hotel. Only problem was spottiness of wifi. Must be used in the lobby, which was an annoyance.

The location is perfect, just off the Ramblas, the main tourist area. Very quiet, but you can be in the middle of the action with a few steps.... The hotel was clean, very friendly service personnel, great breakfast.

Very convenient location just 1 block away from the Las Ramblas. Because of this the small lane in the Gothic Quarter is very very quiet. The rooms are a good size with small balcony and very large batthroom Free Wi-fi in lobby is a big plus.

Excellent location, very clean, I highly recommend this hotel. The only minor issue is that the walls are thin and you can here people in the corridor and breakfast is not incl. within the price.

Fantastic breakfast. Parking available close by for a very good rate. And, most important of all, the staff are very friendly and will smile a lot at you BUT remember you have to speak to them first !

excellent location. Plaza Cataluna and las Ramblas are very close by the hotel and there is wonderful access to all parts of the city from there. I went in August and the restaurant was closed (I believe that it is also closed for a week or two in July). I was very happy with the accomodation.

This hotel is excellently located just off Las Ramblas but in a quiet side street, we couldn't have asked for more. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms impecable. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends.

NH Duc De La Victoria is set in an ideal location for exploring Barcelona, it is situated in a quite pedestrian area only a few minutes walk from the busy Ramblers area. The hotel is clean and the decor fresh and pleasant. A fridge is located in each room containing a mini-bar with a selection of snacks, this also proved useful to store bottled water and small food items. The only thing lacking was tea/coffee making facilities. This hotel gives excellent value for money.

Very friendly and service oriented staff. Wonderfull breakfast buffet which was refilled untill the last minutes before the buffet was closed down.

Beautiful rooms on a quiet street with excellent location

We were so pleased with our recent stay and will recommend this hotel highly to our friends and family. It's very centrally located on quiet, mostly pedestrian streets with a small park square behind the hotel. It's only about three blocks to a central metro stop and two blocks from a large local food market. Two beautiful cathedrals and meandering cobbled streets are easily walked to, and it's only a block from the main street, Las Ramblas. The rooms were a nice size, included a mini 'fridge, and small balconies. The desk service was polite and knowledgable. I do suggest that the hotel put driving directions on their website. I happened on a traveler's walking directions on the internet. It's such a small street, that most taxi drivers don't know where it is or how to get to it as so many of the nearby streets are blocked for pedestrians. We had to be let out at the very busy Las Ramblas and walk the rest of the way with our luggage.

Everything was ok: location (very central), room (small but quiet, clean and new furniture, bath state of the art), breakfast (very good quality, fresh and good variety), service nice.

The hotel was excellent, quiet but very central, close to a metro station. Staff were friendly and helpful free maps from reception. The breakfast had hot and cold foods and there was plently of choice to suit all tastes.
