Lovely staff, who gave me time to speak in my faltering italian, rather than changing to English. Lovely spacious room. Location was excellent for visiting the city, and very easy to find, as the airport shuttle actually passes the end of the road!
Fantastic, spacious, clean room and bathroom. I felt rested. Breakfast was superb. Would certainly stay here again!
Booked for a group of 6 girlfriends. We all loved this hotel. Rooms were spacious stylish and clean. Service was excellent. We were a short walk from the hub if Milan's nightlife, yet the hotel was quiet. Perfect.
Lovely big room with very good facilities and located well for accessing all Milan attractions using the cheap and effective Metro system. Would particularly like to thank Luca on reception for whom nothing was too much trouble and who really made our stay. Thank you
Good business class hotel with huge rooms. Disliked that they had no tea/coffee making in room. Breakfast was good but service just ok at hotel but this is Italy! Location wise seemed out of way at first but actually quite good - close to Corso Como for nightlife and also not far away from China Town Restaurant on Sarpi which were good value. Would stay again at hotel but didn't like Milan overall so will no be returning.
Nice Hotel, will stay again in the future/ Yongyudh T. Bangkok, Thailand.
We were VERY pleased with the staff in the reception - Marcello, Giuseppe, Donatella? and one more we don't know the name of. The room was very big. We strongly recommend this hotel to others.
The rooms are big, clean, but the hotel outside is old or maybe dirty. Inside it is like a theater. comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. It was nice to stay.% minutes walking to the subway and a lot of trams are all nearby.Buy a metro ticket for € 3,- a day. The time we were in Milan it was hot and there were a lot of musquitos. So bring you a spray . Have a nice time.
I have ranked the pricing as very good because we secured a [your website] last minute rate. Located in the business district, it is still quite accessible to the centre of Milan and had the advantage of being quiet, particularly over a weekend. No qualms about recommending this hotel.
Very nice hotel with great breakfast and very large rooms. I can really recommend this hotel.
This ia a very friendly hotel. Will be going back
The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, and spoke good English. We had an executive room which was well worth the extra amount, really large for a city Hotel. The American Breakfast was lovely, all tastes catered for. We didn't eat in the restaurant but did frequent the bar each evening, again the staff were superb. We would return to this Hotel again, and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan on Holiday.
This is a great Hotel. the service was second to none.
This was a great place, big clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, plenty of breakfast! At first having never been to Milan before we thought the location wasn't great, busy main road out of town. But as we got our bearings it turned out to be a fantastic location. Very close to Via Como with lots of bars and resteraunts and only a metro ride from historic centre and main station. Good choice!
very nicely decorated Hotel within a reasonable walking distance to the Cathedral and shops. It's quite close to the Brera district and Corso Como. There is a Metro within a 10 minute walk from the Hote. Rooms are spacious and staff are helpful.
Staff very friendly and helpful, bedrooms nice and spacious. Little extras served with drinks in the bar very nice touch, the only down side was there was not a bar lounge to relax in, just two small tables in the corner of the dining room and and several bar stools around the bar. Overall enjoyable stay and would reccommend this hotel.
Beautifully furnished. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Location is not that great--a 15 minute walk from station, in a safe, but not very attractive area that seems to be mostly business buildings.
The hotel was clean and they have just recently opened a gym,not central, although this was not a problem, just a couple of euros in a taxi from central station.Service was excellent although the only down side was the price of the drinks in the hotel, 36 euro for 2 grappas and a whisky.(Wont be doing that again in a hurry)
THE ONLY NEGATIVE WAS THE NOISE FROM THE STREET, BUT IF YOU ARE TIRED OR YOU TURN ON THE RADIO THERE IS NO PROBLEM AT ALL.
This is a hotel worth its money. Must be close to a 5 star hotel. Specially the rooms are big and very comfortable.
