Nice average hotel. Single room at 140 euro is acceptable. 25 euro for a poor (mostly not-coocked) breakfast is far too steep. Can't remember when I last saw a TV which is not flat screen...Also, if you want to watch TV you have to leave the cabinet open, and you can't walk around...Smashing location!
Well placed in Brussels and provides reasonable service for business travellers. wi-fi in room is pricey but business centre provides free internet.
Very nice location and helpful staff.
Great location. Good value for money
I don't like when they don't include the breakfast in the price. That makes the price not comparible to other hotels.
about facilities, car parking may be a problem. Otherwise location is really very attractive.
Moderate pricing obtained via Ratestogo ! Very nice hotel.
Well situated on up market Grand Sablon, with plenty of breakfast and dinner restaurants. Very nice area. Room can be on small side, unless booked for longer. Room quality is adequate. Excellent reception and support staff and free internet.
There is no option to have iron/ironboard delivered to room because of "safety reasons" - never considered iron to be dangerous. Pressing service working hours not convenient.
The hotel exceeded our expectations! The location was fantastic (easy walk from station, great bars and restaurents a small spit away, antiques market straight out the door, main art gallery 3 minutes walk etc.,). The breakfast was superb. More lowly staff very friendly, only very small winge coming up here - receptionists appeared a little snooty! Would give it 9 1/2 out of 10.
Great spot fantastic service and access to everything close at hand. I keep going back.
breakfastroom and lobby very noisy
we only stayed in the room and diden't have any meals. so we can only say someting about the standard of the hotel and this is only very positif
We only stayed one night and had very little contact with the staff but we loved the location and its proximity to the railway station which is only about a ten minute walk. Room facilities, cleanliness etc were all good to v good.
A superb hotel just out of the centre of Brussels. Fabulous breakfast and courteous staff. Would definitely go again.
excellent stay - superb
We were offered a breakfast at € 25 per head wich is the price of a goog dinner in a neighbouring restaurant!
Superb location - friendly staff - very good service in restaurant
The room was smaller than expected The bed-mattrace was very bad to Awful Worth staying as of the location + price I received from Hotel Club
We got a great deal on this place (which included a very good good quality buffet breakfast) and were very happy with our stay. It's in a lovely, quiet and rather posh location, only about a 5-10 walk down to the Grand Place. I recommend taking a taxi if you arrive at Midi station and have luggage, however it's only about a 5 minute walk from Central station (if you don't mind going up a bit of a hill). The room we had was fantastic - we had a view over the pretty square out the front of the hotel (I believe they have an antique market there on Sat or Sun?) and a huge king size bed. We were more than comfortable! The service on arrival was great, but we did encounter a couple of rather snooty people at reception during our stay.
